Research On The Shared Development Of New Rural Collective Economy In The Old Revolutionary Areas Of Southern Jiangxi Province

The old revolutionary areas in southern Jiangxi Province is the cradle of the People’s Republic of China and made a great contribution to the founding of New China.The new rural collective economy has the nature of socialist public ownership and plays an important role in the development of rural undertakings.How can we develop the new rural collective economy so that the fruits of development can benefit the people in the old areas more fairly? The idea of shared development put forward by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee points out the direction for the development of new rural collective economy."The essence of the concept of sharing is to adhere to the idea of people-centered development,which reflects the requirement of gradually realizing common prosperity." Therefore,it is necessary to promote the new rural collective economy to achieve shared development.At present,the shared development of the new rural collective economy is not only conducive to consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation in the old areas,promoting the people in the old areas to achieve common prosperity,safeguarding social equity and justice in the old areas,but also conducive to highlighting the value of the concept of shared development.This paper takes "the old revolutionary areas in Southern Jiangxi Province" as the research area and "new rural collective economy" as the research object.Based on the bifurcated dialectical thinking,this paper adopts the methods of literature research,investigation research and multidisciplinary research to carry out the research on "How to realize the shared development of new rural collective economy" in three aspects.The first is to summarize the successful practice of advancing the new rural collective economy to realize shared development in the old revolutionary areas of Southern Jiangxi Province.For example,Party branches take the lead to ensure shared development,make full use of resources and shared development opportunities,gather the wisdom of the people and gather the hearts of the people through democratic deliberation,form joint efforts for development,carry on the revolutionary spirit and unite the people,open wide channels to promote common prosperity of farmers and improve people’s well-being in the course of development.The second is to find out the existing problems in promoting the new rural collective economy to achieve shared development in the old revolutionary areas of Southern Jiangxi Province and analyze the causes.Due to the limited efforts of the government to support shared development,the poor foundation of collective economic development,the imperfect system and mechanism for shared development,and the weak idea of shared development among cadres and the masses,there are some major problems in promoting collective economic shared development,such as unfair sharing development opportunities,uneven distribution of development results,insufficient effective institutional protection,and low enthusiasm of the masses to participate in the shared development.Thirdly,in view of the above main problems,it is proposed that the old revolutionary areas in Southern Jiangxi Province should promote the new rural collective economy to realize shared development in the future from four aspects:the coverage,the content,the realization way and the promotion process.That is,the whole people will share the fruits of collective economic development,strengthen the foundation of collective economic development,consolidate the driving forces of collective economic development,and promote its gradual and steady development.Based on the characteristics of the old revolutionary areas in Southern Jiangxi Province,this paper puts forward the specific suggestions of realizing shared development of the new rural collective economy,which helps to give full play to the economic and political functions of the collective economy,truly practice the idea of people-centered development,and realize that the development of the collective economy is for the people,by the people and shared by the people.This can effectively solve the problem of social fairness and justice in the old revolutionary areas of Southern Jiangxi Province.
