Study On The Current Situation,problems And Countermeasures Of Social Security For Rural Disabled People In Lianshui County,Huai’an City

With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up,social security has also developed,especially for the rural disabled.Through more than 40 years of development,some achievements have been made.However,there are still some limitations in the social security of rural disabled people,which also makes it impossible to improve the social security level of rural disabled people in China.Nowadays,with the rapid development of China’s economy and the promotion of urban-rural integration,the living conditions of rural residents have also received extensive attention,especially the rural disabled,a special vulnerable group.If we want to further improve the living standards of rural disabled people and ensure the smooth implementation of China’s new socialist countryside strategy,we need to improve and perfect the current social security system for rural disabled people.Taking the rural disabled people in Lianshui County,Huai’an City as the main research object,this paper firstly uses the literature research method to systematically sort out the relevant issues of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the social security of disabled people and the care of disabled people.Then,through the questionnaire survey method,we obtained the first-hand information on the social security level of 300 rural disabled persons in Lianshui County,Huai’an City,and through on-the-spot investigation,we visited the relevant staff of the social security department of Lianshui County,Huai’an City.The basic situation of rural disabled people in Lianshui County,such as gender,marriage,age,status,reasons for disability,and economic income,etc.,should be understood.Conduct investigation and research on issues such as security and medical rehabilitation security.On this basis,this paper systematically explores the problems and causes of social security for the disabled in rural Lianshui County,Huai’an City,and finally puts forward corresponding measures to further improve the level of social security for the disabled in rural Lianshui County,Huaian City.This paper argues that the current social security for the disabled in Lianshui County,Huai’an City has poor minimum security,relatively low educational security and spiritual and cultural living standards,vague positioning of social security,lack of pertinence for temporary relief,widespread low income,Living conditions are not high characteristics.The reasons lie in the imperfect implementation of the assistance system,the imperfect social security system,insufficient social security funds and personal reasons for the disabled.This paper also puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement from the perspectives of corresponding policies and regulations,increasing poverty alleviation funds,and enhancing the production and living ability of the disabled.Combined with the research,this paper can put forward corresponding improvement suggestions for the social security work of rural disabled persons in Lianshui County,Huai’an City.It can increase the investment scale of social security funds for rural disabled persons by improving the main role of local governments in the social security system of rural disabled persons and the efficient implementation of relevant laws and regulations.Through practical investigation and research,combined with the current existing conditions,we can create a social security system with humanistic care,so as to protect the basic rights and interests of rural disabled people.Through this paper,we can also understand the relevant current situation of social security for rural disabled people in China,help to further promote and improve the social security system for rural disabled people,and contribute to the construction of a harmonious society in China.
