In the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the goal and task of "significantly improving the level of equalization of basic public services" was proposed.At the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee,it was proposed to make ensuring and improving people’s wellbeing our top priority,constantly strengthening and innovating our social management,and making our people feel fuller,more secure,and more sustainable with a sense of gain,happiness,and security.The "14th Five Year Plan" of Zhejiang Province proposes the development requirements of "comprehensively improving the digital capabilities in the field of social undertakings,innovating the ’one thing’ integrated collaborative scenario around the fields of ’infant care,medical care,elderly care,assistance,transportation,and housekeeping’,continuously improving the service level of public places,improving the overall sharing mechanism of high-quality public service resources,and vigorously promoting the equalization of basic public services.".Promoting the standardization of grassroots government services is a major measure to improve the basic public service system,and is also an important support for facilitating the production,operation,and entrepreneurship of enterprises and grassroots people,accelerating the construction of a new development pattern.It is an inherent requirement for building a service-oriented government that is satisfactory to the people,and promoting the modernization of governance capabilities.This article comprehensively understands the current situation of government services in Dongtou District,points out the existing problems in the standardization of grassroots government services in Dongtou District,including the need to improve the capacity to undertake,inadequate event services,the need to improve site hardware conditions,the low level of e-government,and the imperfect standardization construction mechanism.It also analyzes and studies the causes of the problems in the standardization of grassroots government services in Dongtou District,and believes that the causes include insufficient ideological understanding The team construction is relatively backward,the electronic government is imperfect,and the supervision mechanism is not perfect.Therefore,suggestions and countermeasures are proposed to strengthen the standardization construction of grassroots government services.First,the awareness of grassroots government services should be further enhanced;The second is to further improve the standardization of the physical service hall;The third is to further improve the guarantee ability of smart government services;Fourth,the standardization of government service matters should be further improved;Fifth,the standardization of business management mode should be further improved;Sixth,enhance the construction of window personnel team;Seventh,establish and improve supporting work systems.
