| The CPC is a party with strict discipline and has always attached great importance to discipline.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the CPC has clearly put forward the ‘four-pronged Comprehensive’ strategy,which calls for the joint promotion of comprehensively implementing governing the country by law and exercise full and strict governance over the Party.At the same time,governing the Party according to rules is an important aspect of law-based governance,and higher requirements have been put forward for intra-party discipline enforcement.Based on work experience,through the analysis of typical cases,the author reveals the existing problems in intra-party discipline enforcement,analyzes the causes,and puts forward suggestions for improving intra-Party discipline enforcement.In addition to the introduction to introduce the research background,review the research status,writing ideas and structure arrangement,the conclusion makes a summary of the full text,this paper can divided into four parts: the first part is the theoretical and institutional basis of intra-party discipline violations.It defines intra-party disciplinary violations,introduces the historical evolution of the CPC’s disciplinary system,and clarifies the basic contents of disciplinary work.The second part analyzes the current situation of the qualitative and measurement of intra-Party disciplinary violations.Through the analysis of typical cases,it reveals the problems existing in the qualitative and measurement work of intra-Party disciplinary violations,such as the inconsistent standards of discipline leniency,the inaccuracy of discipline enforcement,the expansion of discipline power,the extension of discipline enforcement and the lack of discipline enforcement,the non-standard discipline procedures,and the insufficient protection of Party members’ rights.Internal Party regulations are not clear,the circumstances and procedures of discipline enforcement are not clear,the main quality of discipline enforcement is not enough,and the work mechanism is not perfect,leading to insufficient guarantee of discipline enforcement and other reasons.The third part is to improve the quality of intra-party disciplinary behavior and put forward suggestions.In view of the problems existing in the qualitative and measurement of intra-party disciplinary violations,five suggestions were put forward,including the construction of the theory of disciplinary violations,strict application of disciplinary circumstances,standardization of disciplinary measures,improvement of Party discipline punishment rules and regulations,cultivation of the rule of law literacy and comprehensive quality of discipline enforcement subjects,and improvement of working mechanism to provide guarantee for accurate discipline enforcement. |
