| Huabei Oil Communication Co.,Ltd.,a large-scale state-owned enterprise,attaches great importance to informatization.The informatization in production and operations is wellconstructed.There is,however,still room for improvement in informatization of other management aspects.At present,problems in Party-masses Relationship Management exist,including inability to share information,low approval efficiency,and inflexibility of end users.For a better party-masses relationship management model that serves the main business,more active role of party-masses organizations,and more involvement of employees in events held by party-masses organizations,it is of social significance and application value to leverage the modern information technology to construct an intelligent party-masses relationship management system.First,this paper introduces the research background,purpose and significance of an intelligent party-masses relationship management system,with a deeper understanding of fundamental theories and basic technologies related to the system R&D.Then Object-oriented thinking and methods are adopted for the detailed demand analysis of the intelligent partymasses relationship management system.And the functional and performance requirements of users for the system are listed.Next,the software architecture and network structure are determined.The system design and the detailed design targeting at several important modules in the system including organization management,democratic evaluation,newsletter management,and labor union management are provided.The intelligent party-masses relationship management system is accessed from both PC and mobile devices.The platform is based on J2 EE with MVC architecture for the unified management of the organization,personnel,and authority.Through the workflow engine,the party building approval process is standardized under to-do tasks.The hybrid development technology is adopted for mobile access.With the use of Phone Gap,the app is packaged,compatible with i Phone and Android phones.Meanwhile,image recognition technology is leveraged for face recognition login.Now the intelligent party-masses relationship management system has been put into use in Huabei Oil Communication Co.,Ltd.The system is operating stably with positive user feedback.The application of the system provides an information platform for unification of standards,process optimization,quantitative evaluation and resource sharing of the partymasses relationship management,which improves the management efficiency of the enterprise and brings the party-masses relationship management to a new level. |
