A Study On The Party's Cadre Education And Its Historical Experience During The Yan'an Perio

Education of the Communist Party of China(CPC)’s Cadres is an important part of party-building and cadres-building.The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to cadre education and explored how to improve the level of cadre education in every historical period.During the Yan’an Period,the CPC Central Committee believed that the cadre education is closely related to the victory of new democracy and the success of party’s cause.While clarifying the importance of cadre education,correct policies have been formulated and a relatively complete system has been established.These efforts laid an important foundation for the victory of the new Democratic revolution,and also ensured the effective implementation of the CPC’s political,ideological,organizational and mass lines.The analysis of the education of Party cadres in Yan’an period is helpful to sum up the practical experience and promote the construction of a high quality cadre team with firm politics.The Party’s cadre education work during the Yan’an period fully embodies the political advantages of the CPC,and the Party’s cadre education work during this period was to focus on solving the contradictions that existed in the society at that time,profoundly reflects the in-depth dissemination and application of Marxism in China,and determines the necessity of the Party’s cadre education work during this period based on the realistic conditions of unifying ideas and gathering consensus to accomplish the new revolutionary tasks.The development of the Party’s cadre education in the Yan’an period is divided into the initial development stage,the adjustment and enrichment stage,and the steady development stage;the Anti-Japanese Military University is the concrete practice of the Party’s cadre education work in the Yan’an period,and the composition of the cadets and faculty members of the Anti-Japanese University,the teaching focus of the Anti-Japanese University,and the characteristics of school operation provide experience for the Party’s cadre education work in the new era.This paper puts forward new requirements for the Party’s cadre education work in the new era,based on the relevant experience of the Party’s cadre education work in the Yan’an period,in the context of the new development stage.In the new era,cadre education must firmly establish the correct political direction,follow the basic laws and principles of cadre education,pay attention to the carrier use and team building of cadre education,so as to improve the ability of party members and cadres,expand the party’s cadre team,and provide talent reserves for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
