Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Public Parking Management In District

In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the road traffic volume and the number of motor vehicles in various cities across the country have increased rapidly to varying degrees which has increased the pressure on China’s urban road traffic system and urban traffic infrastructure,especially parking facilities.Parking management has become a widespread concern of all sectors of society,highly focused by the news media,and strong demands of citizens Hot issues affecting the urban environment.Standardized and orderly public parking management can not only ensure the smooth running of motor vehicles and parking convenience,but also support and guide the optimization of urban space and improve citizens’ satisfaction,happiness and sense of security.This paper takes the urban area of B district as the research object,and studies its public parking management.From the perspective of government administration,the public goods theory,demand regulation theory and other theoretical methods are comprehensively applied,the main body and content of urban public parking management in District B are sorted out,including parking facilities,parking fees and parking behavior.It is concluded that District B has taken measures to strengthen urban public parking management,such as carrying out special rectification of parking problems,promoting the sharing of parking resources by public service units and strengthening the management of public parking fees.And summed up in the car parking,illegal parking management,parking fee management effect.On this basis,the paper conducts a survey and interview on the public parking management in District B,and concludes that there are four problems in the public parking management in District B,including the supply of public parking Spaces,the sharing and utilization of parking Spaces,the intelligent level of parking facilities and the management of parking occupying lanes,the reasons for the problems of public parking management in the urban area of Block B are analyzed in four aspects: the lag in the planning and construction of public parking lots,the lack of policy support for parking space sharing,the lack of application scenarios of intelligent parking facilities,and the low efficiency of law enforcement for parking in occupied roads,and the solutions are proposed from the construction planning of public parking lot,the open and sharing of parking resources,the intelligent level of public parking management and the strengthening of parking order supervision and management.
