Research On Decision-making Methods Of Ideological And Political Education From The Perspective Of Complex System Theory

At present,China is pursuing a strategy of national rejuvenation,the world is experiencing global changes of a magnitude not seen in a century,the domestic and international situation is undergoing profound and complex changes.The increasing complexity of the external environment combined with the complexity of people’s internal thinking activities presents many challenges for decision-making of ideological and political education.Making decisions in complex environments needs guidance from scientific theories.The report to the 20 th national congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes "We must apply systems thinking",which is an important inspiration for the decision-making of ideological and political education under complex environmental conditions.At the same time,complex system theory has emerged with vigorous vitality due to its conformity with the requirements of the times,and has been widely applied in research in natural science,philosophy and social science.The decision-making of ideological and political education is a typical complex system decisionmaking.Studying the decision-making methods of ideological and political education from the perspective of complex system theory has important theoretical and practical significance for making scientific ideological and political education decision and improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education in a complex society.This paper faces the complexity of ideological and political education decision-making,and based on the perspective of complex system theory,thoroughly studies the connotation,characteristics,functions,establishment basis,application means and application requirements of decision-making methods of ideological and political education.It mainly consists of the following three parts:The first part is the theoretical understanding,mainly discussing what are the decisionmaking methods of ideological and political education from the perspective of complex system theory.In order to fully grasp the complex systems theory perspective,the core ideas of complex systems theory are mainly theoretically explained from three aspects: ontology,epistemology,and methodology.Meanwhile,by defining the connotation and clarifying the role of decision-making methods of ideological and political education,it clarifies the core concept of decision-making methods of ideological and political education.On this basis,the profound implications of decision-making methods of ideological and political education from the perspective of complex system theory are explained in depth,so as to clarify the connotation and extension of related important concepts and lay the foundation for further research.The second part is the establishment,mainly discussing why decision-making methods of ideological and political education should be studied from the perspective of complex system theory.On the one hand,it analyzes the theoretical basis for the establishment of decisionmaking methods of ideological and political education from the perspective of complex system theory from two aspects of complex system theory,dialectical materialism and historical materialism.On the other hand,it analyzes the practical basis for the establishment of the decision-making method of ideological and political education from the perspective of complex system theory from the aspects of the environment of decision-making,the opinions of systems thinking and the situation of technology development.The third part is the practical application,mainly discussing how to use the decisionmaking methods of ideological and political education from the perspective of complex system theory.Based on the reality of decision-making of ideological and political education,and drawing on the complex system theory,it puts forward three main means to use the decisionmaking methods of ideological and political education from the perspective of complex system theory: heuristic decision-making,group emergence decision-making and metasynthesis decision-making.At the same time,the connotation,application steps and requirements of the three means are explained in depth.
