Entering the new era,the development environment of science and technology,as well as the economy and society,has undergone significant changes.State-owned enterprises are facing fierce market competition,and there is an urgent need to stimulate employees’ work enthusiasm and innovation ability through salary system reform and other means.The phenomenon of "egalitarianism" in the distribution of state-owned enterprises and institutions has dampened the enthusiasm and creativity of cadres and workers,leading to a large drain of talent.By paying attention to the actual needs of employees,fully stimulating their potential,continuously improving the attractiveness of enterprises and institutions to talents,transforming employee value into competitiveness,and winning in market competition.The H Institute is a comprehensive institute affiliated to a state-owned enterprise and engaged in cutting-edge technology research.Due to the existing single bonus scheme model and other issues,employees of H Institute generally have problems such as paying more attention to immediate interests,less attention to long-term development,and lack of learning initiative as well as innovation.This article first reviews the relevant salary scheme theories and introduces the basic overview of the H Institute.By taking H Institute employees as the research object,a salary satisfaction survey was conducted on H Institute employees.Analyze and count the obtained data to get the results of salary satisfaction survey.Then,through in-depth interviews with some representative employees in different positions and different age groups of the H Institute,gained a profound understanding of the needs of different types of employees in the H Institute.Based on the salary satisfaction survey and in-depth interviews,analyze and summarize the existing problems in the current salary scheme system of the H Institute,and propose optimization suggestions for these problems,including optimizing the salary structure,designing rank wages,post wages,performance bonuses,and performance appraisal systems.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the salary scheme optimization plan of the H Institute,the implementation strategy was clarified to ensure that the salary scheme optimization plan was implemented and promoted as soon as possible.This article has certain practical significance for guiding the optimization and reform of salary schemes for employees of the H Institute,and also provides certain reference value for the optimization and reform of salary schemes in other state-owned enterprises and institutions.
