| External publicity is a strategic and important work of local governments.A good city image can not only enhance the charm and attraction of the city and become a golden card to attract funds and talents,but also form a strong cohesion and radiation,and improve the identity and pride of urban residents.The external publicity work directly affects the popularity and reputation of the city.It is not only an effective means to establish a good image of the city and establish the city brand,but also the guide of opening to the outside world and the "booster" of economic and social development.It plays an increasingly important role in improving the "soft power" of the city.With the advent of 5g era,the publicity work of local governments,especially external publicity,is facing more complex and difficult challenges.How to solve the dilemma of local government’s publicity work in the new era and create a more efficient publicity system is the focus of this paper.In addition,the disposal of emergencies in 5g era also puts forward higher requirements for local governments.This paper will also focus on the official response of local governments after emergencies-news release.The whole paper is divided into four chapters: Chapter 1 analyzes the background and significance of the topic,and puts forward the research ideas,research methods,research structure and innovation of this paper after summarizing some research works on relevant topics at home and abroad.Chapter 2 defines the application scope of relevant concepts such as "5g era" and "external publicity" in this paper,and expounds the impact of new Internet technology on the current information dissemination in the 5g era,as well as the necessity and urgency of the innovation of local government external publicity system.Chapter 3 takes Taizhou City,Jiangsu Province as the main empirical sample,summarizes the limitations of the existing external publicity system and analyzes its causes by combing the deficiencies,difficulties and difficulties of the current local government’s external publicity work.The fourth chapter mainly aims at the institutional limitations and difficulties sorted out by the analysis,and combined with the beneficial attempts of Taizhou and its surrounding Brother cities,puts forward the countermeasures to improve the external publicity ability of local governments in the 5g era from the aspects of perfecting the joint government publicity system,perfecting the Government External News release system,implementing the government integrated media construction system,strengthening the government external publicity emergency response system and so on.The research results and innovations of this paper are as follows: it analyzes and summarizes the pain points and difficulties of local governments’ external publicity in the5 g era and the causes of difficulties;The external publicity work and relevant materials of Taizhou and its surrounding cities were collected.In order to ensure the reliability of the demonstration,the first,second,third and lower tier cities were covered as much as possible;According to the actual situation,this paper preliminarily summarizes and puts forward the innovative countermeasures of external publicity that can be adopted by local governments at present. |
