| In the process of China’s economic system transformation,affected by a variety of complex factors,the ecological environment of civil servants in politics has undergone historic changes,and the pressure on grass-roots cadres is increasing,so that their values gradually deviate from the main channel.Building a clean and positive political ecology to encourage cadres to take responsibility has become the key goal of the party’s work at the present stage.In the face of the increasing accumulation of work pressure,the continuous reform of governance system and the increasing dilemma of social contradictions,the phenomenon of Political laziness is becoming more and more prominent.How to purify the political ecological environment and encourage grass-roots cadres to actively perform their duties is not only an important means to enhance the relationship between cadres and the masses,but also an inevitable requirement for building a team of high-quality talents and realizing the modernization of national governance capacity and governance system.With the help of on-the-spot interview,literature analysis and other methods,this paper comprehensively analyzes the relationship between political ecology and cadre behavior,and puts forward the important influence of factors such as improper implementation of the system,vanity of organizational atmosphere,alienation of cadre’s view of power and intensification of social contradictions on cadre behavior,as well as the important role of cadre behavior in the purification of political ecology.Secondly,the stratified sampling method is adopted to conduct semi-structured interviews with grass-roots cadres of different ages and ranks in the three cities,and NVivo 12 plus is used to analyze and code the interview text.After five-step hierarchical analysis,under the guidance of the core category of "it is difficult for grass-roots political ecology to generate the endogenous driving force for cadres to act as",the absence of scientific system design,the acquiescence of impetuous cultural field,the rise of negative political psychology The four main categories of progressive social pressure accumulation,combined with the interview text with obvious directivity,explain the political ecological elements affecting cadres one by one,and get the systematic results.Finally,based on the previous analysis of influencing factors,this paper puts forward to improve the system design and realize the process incentive from the three-dimensional dimensions of system design and implementation,party spirit education and social participation;Strengthen system implementation and promote scientific governance;Strengthen the education of behavior subjects and purify the spiritual territory of cadres;Improve citizens’ political awareness,promote high-quality participation and other optimization countermeasures,and promote the grass-roots political ecology to meet the requirements of cadres. |
