Study On The Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Getting Rid Of Wickedness Work In Xiaoshan District,Hangzhou City,Zhejiang Province

Since 2000,when China launched the first special campaign for crime crackdown,the Party and the country have always maintained a high-pressure level of the crackdown against crimes.In January 2018,the CPC Central Committee issued a notice to launch Special Criminal Syndicate Combat across the country.From crime crackdown to getting rid of wickedness,Xiaoshan District has never stopped its pace,promoting the improvement of public security and social stability.The article takes Xiaoshan District’s effort of getting rid of wickedness as the research object,using literature analysis,interviews and other research methods to analyze and summarize the effectiveness of Xiaoshan’s work of getting rid of wickedness and existing problems.Through investigation,it is found that the current regional characteristics of the evil forces in Xiaoshan District are obvious,and the problems of grassroots village cadres involved in evil forces are more prominent.The absence of a new normal in leadership,formalism in evidence,and the missing long-term supervision and evaluation mechanism become the main reasons for those evil forces in Xiaoshan.In view of the existing problems,this article puts forward the principles to follow for establishing a long-term mechanism for getting rid of wickedness,as well as suggestions from six perspectives including establishing a special leadership mechanism for getting rid of wickedness,a sound village cadre review mechanism,and inter-departmental coordination mechanism,etc.
