After the reform of the administrative reconsideration system,the concentration of administrative reconsideration jurisdiction has put forward higher requirements for the construction of the administrative reconsideration team.However,with the integration of the administrative reconsideration responsibilities of governments at all levels and the centralized handling of cases,the differences between the status of the administrative reconsideration team and the work needs are gradually highlighted.New problems in the construction of the administrative reconsideration team are also emerging,and the staffing and quality of personnel are difficult to match the requirements of the work tasks after the reform,These problems will affect the professionalism and fairness of the administrative reconsideration body,and affect the role of the main channel of administrative reconsideration to resolve administrative disputes.Therefore,after the reform of the administrative reconsideration system,how to build a revolutionary,standardized,professional and professional administrative reconsideration personnel team that meets the requirements of the new era is an important topic worth studying at present.This paper takes the administrative review team of J City as the research object.Through literature retrieval,we can understand and grasp the current situation of relevant research in China,clarify the relevant concepts of administrative review,administrative review team,administrative review team construction,etc.,and clarify the theoretical basis of the research based on the organizational structure theory,personnel post matching theory,and competency theory.In terms of research methods,close observation,questionnaire survey,interview and other methods are adopted for the administrative reconsideration team in J City,and the collected data and materials are analyzed to find the problems in the construction of the administrative reconsideration team in J City,dig out the underlying causes,and propose targeted countermeasures and suggestions under the guidance of theory.In view of the reality of the administrative reconsideration work in J City,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the construction of the administrative reconsideration team in view of the existing problems such as insufficient staffing,unclear responsibilities,insufficient professional ability,and imperfect management mechanism:improve the organizational system,strengthen staffing,establish occupational management norms,unify the qualification standards,implement professional division of labor,and establish a long-term education and training mechanism,etc.
