Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Treasury Centralized Payment Management Of Local Government

The reform of treasury centralized payment is an important part of the financial management system,the institutional guarantee of budget implementation and the core of public expenditure reform.Taking the treasury centralized payment of City L as the research object,this paper summarizes the methods and results of the reform of its treasury centralized payment system,analyzes the problems existing in its management process,and proposes some countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the treasury centralized payment.It is hoped that it will provide reference for the treasury centralized payment management of local finance,and further improve the efficiency,meanwhile reduce the risk of financial funds use,and save the operation cost of financial funds.
