Research On The Development And Utilization Of Local Government Environmental Information Resources

As China’s socialist construction enters a new era,the government’s governance capacity and level of governance are steadily improving.Information resources,as an essential core strategic resource,play a key role in government governance.Environmental information resources are an important part of government information resources and an important basis for government environmental governance and decision-making.In the new era,we should pay attention to people’s demand for a better life.The ecological environment is closely related to the life of residents,and a neat,clean,fresh and beautiful city provides a livable living environment for residents.If we do not pay attention to the development and use of environmental information resources,we will not be able to meet the diverse needs of the people for environmental information,and the residents’ happy lives will not be guaranteed.The continuous promotion of the development and utilization of environmental information resources in cities plays an important role in the construction of the urban ecological environment.The construction of a complete information collection,information analysis and processing,and information release platform helps to realize the transparency,legalization and systematization of environmental management,and also helps to improve the decision-making level of government departments,making decisions not only more in line with the real situation and promoting social development,but also helping It also helps to improve the level of decision-making by government departments,so that decisions are not only more in line with reality and social development,but also helps urban residents to understand relevant policies and regulations,raise their awareness of environmental protection,and better meet the needs of the new era.Based on this,this paper discusses the development and utilization of environmental information resources by local governments,taking Fuyang City,Anhui Province,as an example,and compares the current state of development of urban environmental information resources in Fuyang City,starting from its existing system and overall status quo,and through questionnaires and field research,the main effectiveness of its environmental information resources development and utilization is analyzed,and the main results include the initial success of environmental data center construction,strong supervision of environmental information security,intelligent office to promote the efficiency of environmental information resources development and a certain foundation of ecological and environmental blueprint construction.In addition,identifies and analyses the current problems in the development and utilization of environmental information resources in Fuyang City,including the low level of environmental information environmental information,the The problems include low level of environmental information technology,insufficient standardization and standardization of environmental information resources,insufficient government financial expenditure,and low efficiency of environmental information resources utilization.Through the analysis of these problems,the corresponding influencing factors include policy and regulations,system construction,personnel quality and financial investment,etc.The author then focuses on optimizing the functional design of the system platform to enhance the level of environmental information,strengthening the construction of regulations and improving the standards of environmental information,strengthening the construction of talent echelon and increasing financial investment,co-coordinating the development and utilization of environmental information resources and strengthening the development and utilization of environmental information resources.The author then proposes countermeasures in four aspects: optimizing the functional design of the system platform and enhancing the level of environmental information;strengthening the construction of laws and regulations and improving environmental information standards;strengthening the construction of a talent pool and increasing financial investment;and coordinating the development and utilization of environmental information resources.In order to better improve the efficiency of environmental information development and utilization,further meet the diversified information needs of the majority of urban residents,make urban development more people-friendly and people-oriented,so that the development and utilization of environmental information resources and urban development form an interactive coupling,multi-linked organic whole.
