Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Construction Of Grassroots Service-oriented Party Organizations In Z Town

Since the beginning of the new century,China ’ s economic and social development,in politics,economy,science and technology,education and many other areas have made brilliant achievements.With the Party and the country attaching more and more importance to the rural revitalization work,the rural grass-roots service-oriented Party organizations can realize the strategy of rural revitalization better only through self-improvement and self-innovation through reform and innovation,only when rural grass-roots service-oriented Party organizations give full play to actual effect,can we improve the development quality of rural work.Based on the theory of the construction of rural grass-roots service-oriented Party organizations and taking z town as an example,this paper makes a thorough study and discussion on the current situation of the construction of local grass-roots Party organizations through case analysis,and finds that some achievements have been made in the construction of local grass-roots Party organizations in this field,through strengthening service consciousness and strengthening service functions,implementing various systems and improving organizational forms,carrying out the party ’ s organizational line,building key personnel,building service platforms,innovating service carriers,and innovating practical activities,building service patterns,measures such as effective promotion of Rural grass-roots service-oriented Party organization construction work,to promote economic and social development in rural areas have played an important role and value.However,there are still many problems in the rural grass-roots Party organizations in Z town at present: the grass-roots services are mere forms,the coverage and operation of the grass-roots Party organization system are not in place,and the service capacity of the backbone ranks of the grass-roots Party organizations is deficient,the function of service carrier and bridge is not fully played and the service pattern is not perfect.This is mainly due to the lack of internal supervision and management of the grass-roots Party organizations,the lagging supporting system for the construction of grass-roots service-oriented Party organizations,the unreasonable evaluation system of grass-roots service-oriented Party organizations,and the Unsound Mechanism for the selection and assessment of Party members and cadres,and the grass-roots service-oriented Party organization construction funds lack and so on many reasons.Based on the scientific analysis of the problems and causes of the construction of the grass-roots service-oriented Party organizations in Z town,this paper selects the successful experiences and practices of the construction of the grass-roots Party organizations in other rural areas as a reference,from strengthening the internal supervision and management of the grass-roots service-oriented Party organizations,perfecting the supporting system for the construction of the grass-roots service-oriented Party organizations,perfecting the mechanism for selecting and assessing party members and cadres,perfecting the service evaluation system of the grass-roots service-oriented Party organizations,and strengthening the guarantee mechanism for the service funds of the grass-roots service-oriented Party organizations,and so on proposes the construction path,in order to serve for the Rural Basic Unit Party organization construction to play the reference function.
