| With the iterative updating of artificial intelligence,its application fields gradually extend to various levels of society.The expansion of application scope also brings about increased application risks,and issues related to people’s livelihood development such as compressing public discourse,prying into public privacy,and unfair distribution of social capital emerge endlessly.Based on this,it is particularly crucial to balance the relationship between the challenges brought by technological innovation and the effective implementation of policies.This article focuses on how to use ethical response as a tool to better address the livelihood issues brought about by artificial intelligence applications in the implementation of public policies.By using methods such as literature review,case analysis,questionnaire survey,and SPSS data analysis,75 artificial intelligence governance policies were analyzed.While clarifying the concept of ethical response,identify the challenges posed by the artificial intelligence era to public policy implementation.Select industries closely related to people’s livelihood: intelligent e-commerce,intelligent healthcare,and autonomous driving,analyze the application of ethical response in the implementation of artificial intelligence governance policies in the field of people’s livelihood,and demonstrate the necessity of ethical response in the implementation of relevant policies.On this basis,a random sampling method was used to distribute and collect 374 valid questionnaires.Through statistical analysis of questionnaire results and the use of SPSS data analysis method to analyze the correlation between elements,it was found that the main problems in the application process of ethical response in the implementation of artificial intelligence governance policies are incomplete mechanisms,abuse of governance platforms,asynchronous policy updates,insufficient ethical awareness,and lack of application methods In terms of the dual characteristics of digital technology itself,and in response to the problems analyzed,improvement measures are proposed to improve the basis,system,and concept of ethical response in the implementation of artificial intelligence governance policies,as well as to enhance professional skills in the application of ethical response tools.This lays a theoretical foundation for improving the effectiveness of public policy implementation,thereby making artificial intelligence better serve people’s livelihoods. |
