Research On Performance Evaluation Of Municipal Maintenance And Management Projects In L City Based On Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

At present,our country is still in the stage of social transformation.How to build a modern administrative institution is a major issue in this social development,and improving the performance evaluation of administrative institutions is an important means to ensure the healthy operation of government.The traditional single performance evaluation method is no longer fit the current social.In order to implement the spirit of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,since the Party Central Committee released the Opinions on the Management of Budget Performance in September 2018,my country’s budget performance evaluation work has achieved certain results.It is gradually establishing a corresponding performance evaluation system,but there is currently no complete performance evaluation system for municipal work.Only by establishing a relatively mature municipal expenditure performance evaluation system can we scientifically and reasonable evaluation of the results of the project.Based on the research of domestic and foreign performance and municipal management,this article introduces the background of the fiscal expenditure performance evaluation system currently implemented in my country and the current status of my country’s municipal facilities and its performance evaluation.The issue clarifies the necessity and feasibility of the performance evaluation of the establishment of the municipal management and the establishment of the indicator system,and combines the actual work process of the project,and establish a targeted performance index system according to the requirements of the Ministry of Finance’s performance evaluation.Calculate the corresponding indicator weight through hierarchical analysis method,and establish a corresponding indicator system scoring standard,and design a set of performance evaluation systems with a certain targeted municipal management project expenditure.Finally,use this system to analyze the case of the m-municipal city custody project,evaluate the overall performance evaluation level of the project,judge the performance level of each link and the cause of the problem,and put forward the performance level of the city’s municipal management performance level suggestion.
