The Research Of The Influence Of The Caring Ethical Atmosphere On The Young Pioneers’ Organizational Identification

Young pioneers’ organizational identity is an important condition to carry out the education of the young pioneers.However,the invasion of wrong ideology and some of the young pioneers counselors lack of educational means and content affinity and other problems reduce the authority of the Young Pioneers organization over the young pioneers.Therefore,this paper attempts to build caring ethical atmosphere within the Young Pioneers organization to enhance the young pioneers’ organizational identity by studying the influence of the caring ethical atmosphere on the young pioneers’ organizational identity.This study focuses on exploring the current situation of the caring ethical climate perceived by primary school young pioneers,the actual situation of young pioneers’ organizational identity and its four dimensional variables,and the influence of caring ethical atmosphere of the Young Pioneers organization on young pioneers’ organizational identity and its four dimensional variables.Questionnaire research was used in this research.Firstly,909 subjects were selected from A municipal primary school in Lhasa City,B county primary school in Nyingchi City and C township primary school in Nyingchi City to collect data using the caring ethical atmosphere questionnaire and the organizational identity questionnaire.Secondly,SPSS26.0software was used to conduct descriptive statistical analysis,difference analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis of the figures.the result shows:(1)The average scores of caring ethical atmosphere,young pioneers’ organizational identity and its four dimensional variables are between 4 and 5 points;(2)There are statistically significant differences in the caring ethical atmosphere in the aspects of school types;the young pioneers’ organizational identity has significant differences in terms of gender,ethnic group,grade,school type,family location,father’s educational level and mother’s educational level;cognitive identification has significant differences in the aspects of gender,grade,school type,family location,and father’s educational level;emotional identification has significant differences in school type,family location,and father’s educational level;behavioral identification has significant differences in terms of gender,ethnic group,school type,family location,father’s educational level and mother’s educational level;Activity identification has significant differences in the aspects of gender,ethnic group,grade,school type,family location,father’s educational level,and mother’s educational level;(3)The correlation coefficient between caring ethical atmosphere,the young pioneers’ organizational identity and its four dimensional variables is significantly positive;(4)The regression coefficient between caring ethical atmosphere,the young pioneers’ organizational identity and its four dimensional variables is significantly positive.The following conclusion are reached:(1)the young pioneers have strong organizational identity,and can perceive a lot of caring ethical atmosphere in the Young Pioneers organization;(2)In terms of caring ethical atmosphere,the scores of young pioneers studying in county primary school are lower than those in township primary school;In terms of the level of the young pioneers’ organizational identity,the scores of Han ethnic group students are higher than Zang ethnic group students,the young pioneers of grade 6 have higher scores than young pioneers of fourth grade and fifth grade,the scores of young pioneers studying in municipal primary school are higher than those in county primary school,the scores of young pioneers living in cities and towns are higher than those in agricultural and pastoral areas,the scores of young pioneers whose father’s educational level is college and above are higher than primary school,the scores of young pioneers whose mother’s educational level is college and above are higher than illiteracy education and primary school;In terms of cognitive identification,the scores of female students are higher than male students,the young pioneers of grade 6 have higher scores than young pioneers of fourth grade and fifth grade,the scores of young pioneers studying in municipal primary school are higher than those in county primary school,the scores of young pioneers living in cities and towns are higher than those in agricultural and pastoral areas,the scores of young pioneers whose father’s educational level is college and above are higher than primary school;In terms of emotional identification,the scores of young pioneers studying in municipal primary school are higher than those in county primary school,the scores of young pioneers living in cities and towns are higher than those in agricultural and pastoral areas,the scores of young pioneers whose father’s educational level is college and above are higher than primary school;In terms of behavioral identification,the scores of female students are higher than male students,the scores of Han ethnic group students are higher than Zang ethnic group students,the scores of young pioneers studying in municipal primary school are higher than those in county primary school and township primary schools,the scores of young pioneers living in cities and towns are higher than those in agricultural and pastoral areas,the scores of young pioneers whose father’s educational level is college and above are higher than primary school,the scores of young pioneers whose mother’s educational level is college and above are higher than illiteracy education and primary school,the scores of young pioneers whose mother’s educational level is high school are higher than primary school;In terms of activity identification,the scores of female students are higher than male students,the scores of Han ethnic group students are higher than Zang ethnic group students,the young pioneers of grade 6have higher scores than young pioneers of fourth grade,the scores of young pioneers studying in municipal primary school are higher than those in county primary school,the scores of young pioneers living in cities and towns are higher than those in agricultural and pastoral areas,the scores of young pioneers whose father’s educational level is college and above are higher than primary school,the scores of young pioneers whose mother’s educational level is college and above are higher than illiteracy education and primary school;(3)The caring ethical atmosphere,young pioneers’ organizational identity,cognitive identification,emotional identification and behavioral identification are significantly positively correlated;(4)The caring ethical atmosphere has significantly positively predictive effect on young pioneers’ organizational identity and its four dimensional variables.Based on the analysis of the above results,this study puts forward three suggestions on how to build caring ethical atmosphere to enhance the young pioneers organizational identity:(1)Increase the attraction of Young Pioneers Organization to young pioneers;(2)Help the young pioneers get along well with each other;(3)Give young pioneers and counselors instructions with sharing mutual respect and love to establish harmonious relationship.
