Research On The Experience And Enlightenment Of Cadre Education In The Second Branch Of The Chinese People’s Anti Japanese Military And Political University

In 1937,after the outbreak of the all-out war of resistance,Guangzhou and Wuhan were successively occupied,and the all-out war of resistance turned into a stage of strategic stalemate.Japan took this opportunity to launch large-scale armed aggression against China,and North China was in danger.In order to cope with the further complex and multilateral national crisis situation and the need to train thousands of anti-Japanese backbone,the Party Central Committee decided to go to the rear of the enemy to run schools,consolidate North China and develop Central China,train a large number of cadres to drive the development of the masses to carry out guerrilla war behind the enemy,and build the anti-Japanese revolutionary base.The Second Branch of the People’s Anti-Japanese Military and Political University of China(hereinafter referred to as "the Second Branch of the Anti-Japanese University")is one of the first two branches established by the People’s Anti-Japanese Military and Political University of China(hereinafter referred to as "the Anti-Japanese University")in 1938 after sending it to the enemy.The second branch of the Anti-Japanese University carried out effective cadre training and education in the Jincha-Hebei Border Region,closely around the theme of training our party’s military and political cadres.The second branch of the Anti-Japanese University has only existed for five years,but its cadre education practice activities carried out by its capable leading institutions and strong faculty have laid a good foundation for other branches to create and adapt to running schools behind the enemy lines.This paper takes the cadre education activities carried out by the Second Branch of the Anti-Japanese University as the research object,and studies and summarizes the cadre education experience and its enlightenment to the cadre education of today.In addition to the introduction,the text consists of four parts.The first part aims to back to the theoretical source of cadre education.The essence of Marx’s classical writers’ theory of cadre education,Mao Zedong Thought’s exposition of cadre education,and the thought of official education in China’s excellent traditional culture provide a theoretical basis for the second branch of the Anti Japanese University to carry out cadre education.Secondly,based on the development process of the second branch of the Anti-Japanese University,the origin and establishment process of cadre education in the second branch of the Anti-Japanese University are introduced in detail.This provides a clear analysis direction for both the practice of cadre education and the experience and enlightenment of cadre education.The second part aims to elaborate the practical activities of cadre education in the second branch of the Anti-Japanese University from three aspects: the goal of cadre education,the content of cadre education,and the method of cadre education.Cadre education cannot be separated from the targeted role of the goal,nor can it be separated from the output shaping of high-quality education content,nor can it be separated from the auxiliary implementation of teaching methods like spring breeze and rain.The three aspects provide comprehensive and systematic cultivation for cadre education as an organic whole.The third part aims to summarize the objectives,contents and methods of cadre education on the basis of the previous article,so as to condense them into valuable experience and provide beneficial enlightenment for the cultivation of high-quality specialized cadres today.Among them,the cadre education should give priority to political construction,the content cultivation should not only learn on horseback but also fight immediately,and the method awarding should be simplified,flexible and practical.The fourth part,aiming at the deficiencies of the current cadre education in the aspects of goal setting,content,method,etc.,provides application enlightenment based on the experience summarized above,which is of great significance to the training of cadres needed for building a socialist modern country.Reviewing the course of running the Second Branch of the Anti-Japanese University and the practice of cadre education,it has accumulated rich experience and valuable enlightenment of cadre education with its own special historical period and the living environment behind the enemy.The Second Branch of the Anti-Japanese University has successfully completed the arduous task of running schools behind the enemy lines and training a large number of local cadres,thereby improving their political awareness and working ability,consolidating and developing the anti-Japanese base areas,and making important contributions to the great historical task of national and social liberation.This history of cadre cultivation can provide experience and inspiration for building a modern socialist country in an all-round way and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation to build a high-quality cadre.
