Research On The Business Model Of Home Based Elderly Care Service Of ZJ Group

China is rapidly entering a "moderately aged" society,with increasingly severe forms of elderly care.In order to address the issue of social aging,in 2021,China formulated a "home based,community based,and institution supported" elderly care industry framework and 9073 elderly care pattern to meet the elderly care needs of the country.9073 refers to 90% of the elderly enjoying their old age in the family,7% of the elderly enjoying their old age in the community,and 3% of the elderly enjoying their old age in institutions.Through various methods such as literature research,comparative research,and case analysis,and based on the nine elements theory of business model,this article has conducted in-depth research on the service content and business model of home based elderly care projects at home and abroad,hoping to provide more complete solutions for home based elderly care services through this research.The home based elderly care business of ZJ Group is developing rapidly.Through research on its operation and revenue,the challenges and issues in the development of home based elderly care projects have been proposed.This article analyzes the four aspects of consumer target groups,core competencies,key businesses,and revenue models to address the current problems in the home based elderly care business of ZJ Group,and proposes feasible business model construction solutions.In addition,this article also considers factors such as national policies,team members,and business operations,and develops safeguards to support the smooth implementation of the project.
