Research On The Public Function Of Procuratorial Organs To Protect Minors In The New Era

As a judicial organ,the procuratorial organ is also a government administrative department participating in public management,which provides a strong legal backing for the healthy physical and mental development of minors and the long-term stability of the country.On the other hand,as the main body of public management,the procuratorial organ should also jump out of the attribute of only taking itself as a judicial organ and assume the responsibility of the functional department of social public management.However,in the past studies,most of them only studied the protection of minors or the status quo of the work within the procuratorial organ system,and did not too much study the position and responsibility of the procuratorial organ as the subject of public management to participate in social governance,which has certain limitations.At the same time,the practicality,operability and reproducibility of the existing research are weak,there are few real judicial prosecutorial cases cited,and the persuasion needs to be strengthened,and no practical targeted opinions and suggestions have been put forward for the improvement of the public management capacity of the procuratorial organ for the protection of minors.The research of this paper will combine the protection of minors of the procuratorial organ with its role in social public management,further study the practices and imperfections of the procuratorial organ in participating in public management,especially in the protection of minors,and enrich the content and form of the research with a large number of real judicial cases and data collected by investigation and research,so that the procuratorial organ can jump out of a simple judicial identity,Put it in the context of social governance,and put forward opinions and suggestions on improving the quality and efficiency of juvenile protection and public management capacity of procuratorial organs.In addition to the introduction,the full text includes the following four parts:The first part is the elaboration of relevant public management theories,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the full text of the study,and leads to the protection of public management functions of minors in China’s procuratorial organs from the point of entry of the compulsory reporting system of violations against minors.The second part focuses on the connotation,composition and implementation measures of the public management function of the procuratorial organ to protect minors.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of the public management functions of the procuratorial organs for minors,and then throws out the shortcomings of the current procuratorial organs in exercising the public management functions of minors protection.The fourth part is the suggestions to further enhance the ability of procuratorial organs to protect minors from public administration.
