| With the development of national macro-economy and the development of enterprise management,more and more enterprises pay more attention to the subjective initiative and emotional factors,and regard the corporate culture as the core competitiveness of enterprise development.Team culture,as an important part of corporate culture,is also the concrete embodiment of corporate culture at the grass-roots level.Through their own practice,more and more domestic enterprises have formed a cultural construction model with their own characteristics,Wahaha“Home” cultural construction model,Haier group“Three-level theory” cultural construction model,these characteristic cultural construction patterns also further infiltrate the enterprise development,and guide the enterprise management to achieve new results.Therefore,the exploration of cultural construction mode suitable for their own development has become the goal of more and more corporate culture construction.Based on the above background,this study based on the practice of large state-owned enterprise team culture construction,select B company as the“Full value dimension” team culture construction model.Company B has carried out part of the trial of the“Full value dimension” team culture construction model,but by analyzing its internal and external environment,using the methods of individual interview and questionnaire survey to collect the implementation of its cultural construction model,and found that there are still some problems,for example,the lack of awareness of team culture construction,team culture construction lack of innovation,“Full value dimension” of the various dimensions of the construction are inadequate,there is a gap between the management and staff layer thinking,team culture construction at all stages of the lack of incentive.It is necessary to combine the shortcomings in practice,further study and deepen the“Full value dimension”of the specific application of cultural construction model,starting “Value Dimension,environment dimension,participation dimension,Norm Dimension,model dimension”,this paper studies the effective concrete optimization path and the location strategy for team culture construction,to further promote corporate culture in the team culture and improve. |
