The Study On Xi Jinping’s Important Discussion About Development Of The Cause For The Disabled

The new era is in the special historical and social background of the world’s unprecedented changes and the strategic overall situation of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the development of this cause has become an important task and goal in building a modern socialist country after the full completion of a moderately prosperous society and promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese modernization.Since the 18 th Party Congress,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,has paid special attention to the disabled,attached great importance to promoting work and developing cause of the disabled,made a series of instructions and important discussion on what kind of view of the disabled to establish in the new era,how to do a good job for them,what is the cause of the disabled and how to develop it.In terms of the research framework,content design and research methods,this paper adheres to the basic positions,views and methods of Marxism,systematically composes and thoroughly studies Xi Jinping’s important discussion from the perspective of Marxist Chineseization.Therefore it has a certain innovative vision,theoretical significance and practical value.This study makes comprehensive use of literature review,interdisciplinary research and historical analysis to systematically study the important discussion on the development of the cause of person with disabilities in five parts,taking the formation and development of the important discussion as the starting point and the practical path of the important discussion as the focus.Part I,Introduction.It introduces the research background,purpose,research content and significance of this paper as well as the research methods using literature review method,interdisciplinary research method and historical analysis method,pertinently points out the academic innovations and shortcomings of this study,extensively collects domestic and foreign papers,writings,and makes a research overview.In the second part,the ideological,theoretical and cultural origins of important discussion.In the third part,the practical basis and subjective conditions for the formation of the important discussion are analyzed.The fourth part,the main contents: Xi Jinping emphasizes the status and value of people with disabilities,the positioning of the cause of persons with disabilities,the strategies and requirements,the paths for promoting the disabled work,the international exchanges of the cause of disabled in China.It summarizes the distinctive qualities of the important discussion that highlight the times,reflect the people,focus on comprehensiveness,emphasize the purpose and grasp the regularity.The fifth part,theoretical significance and practical value.In terms of theoretical significance,it is conducive to conveying the concept of "equality participation and sharing",promoting socialist core values and enriching the development of Marxism.In terms of practical value,it is necessary to implement the important thesis in six aspects: improving laws and regulations,improving organizations,establishing mechanisms,creating conditions,strengthening disability prevention,and promoting foreign exchanges in the cause of the disabled.
