| With the continuous development and evolution of information technology,the original physical space society has gradually transitioned to the cyberspace society,and the government office model has also been upgraded from automation to digital transformation.With the changes in the social environment and the development of emerging technologies,the traditional archival service methods are no longer fully in line with the current public utilization needs,and archival services are facing new opportunities and challenges.The construction and development of digital government platforms,as well as the digital transformation of all walks of life,have brought new inspiration to the development of the archive industry,and emerging technologies have spawned the upgrading and transformation of archive information services.In order to innovate the working mode of archival information services and help the archival industry achieve upgrading and transformation,it is necessary to further explore archival information services based on digital government platforms.The existing research on the construction of digital government platform and archive information service has problems such as single dimension of analysis problem,weak experience refinement,weak logical correlation of elements,and lack of systematic discussion on archival information service research based on digital government platform.Due to the strong concern for practical issues and the further enrichment of the academic research system,this research focuses on the issues related to archival information services based on digital government platforms,which are divided into two parts.In the first part,by sorting out the theory and practice of existing domestic and foreign digital government platform construction and archival information services,the overall research context,key research directions and future research trends of existing research are reviewed,considered and summarized,paving the way for subsequent research and determining the analytical framework of this paper,from which the limitations of current research are systematically analyzed and reflected.Secondly,in order to enrich the existing research content and improve the existing research system,this paper selects dynamic capability theory,new public service theory and public value theory as theoretical support.Finally,the impact of digital government platform on archive information service is analyzed,and the connotation characteristics of archive information service based on digital government platform are summarized.In the second part,the "strategic triangle" model is introduced to investigate and analyze the archival services provided by the digital government platforms in 31 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions,analyze the archival information services based on the digital government platform,and sort out the operational capabilities required for the realization of the archival information services based on the digital government platform.Combined with the above research and analysis,this paper constructs an archive information service system based on digital government platform,and explores the realization path of archive information service based on digital government platform from three aspects: strategic planning,system optimization and technical path. |
