The reform of delegating power,delegating regulation and providing services is an important plan for improving the business environment,transforming government functions and building a service-oriented government.In recent years,with China vigorously promoting the reform of "delegating power,administration and service",people pay more and more attention to government services,and the maintenance and operation of government management in H City is also facing severe challenges.How to better improve the work efficiency of the government affairs center and better meet people’s expectations for the government work is a very valuable and urgent problem to be solved.With the reform of the administrative approval system,the maintenance and operation of management in H city’s government services are also facing severe challenges.The original window service process is no longer suitable for people’s needs.By optimizing the window service process,reforming management models,and improving resource utilization,the service center can be promoted to improve its work quality and seek new operating modes to provide better services for people.How to optimize government services and truly achieve convenience and benefit for the people is the core issue that this article aims to solve.This article takes the H City Government Service Center as the research object,starting from service management theory,service-oriented government theory,and new public service theory,using research methods such as literature review,field research,and questionnaire survey.Through the study of the work efficiency of the H City Government Service Center,countermeasures to improve the work efficiency of the government service center are proposed.On this basis,the questionnaire survey method was used to analyze the current problems in the work of H City Government Service Center,and corresponding countermeasures were proposed.A strategy has been proposed to improve the service level of the government center in H city,such as implementing the "first inquiry responsibility system" in the process of source acceptance.It is clearly pointed out that the first person to be questioned by the masses,that is,the "first inquiry" person,should take on the responsibility of receiving,answering,guiding,and serving,without any excuses.This article addresses the problems that exist in the transformation of government functions and improvement of government services in H city government affairs,in order to provide more sense of access to government services for the public and enterprises.It is hoped to provide reference for the management,upgrading,construction,and work practice of H city government service center.
