Research On The Prevention And Control Countermeasures Of Telecommunication Network Fraud

With the rapid development and popularization of new technologies,such as communication technology,Internet technology and financial payment methods,it brings convenience together with certain potential harm to people’s lives.The concealment,trans-regional and long-distance non-contact features of internet provide good convenience for telecommunication network fraud.The expanding of telecommunication network fraud is the fastest among all the criminal offences in recent years.L city,which was listed as a key rectification area for cracking down on the telecommunication network fraud by the Joint Office of the State Council,was systemically studied as a research case.The current situation and the dilemma of the prevention and regulation of the telecommunication network fraud were analyzed.It reflects problems such as backward construction of China’s telecommunications network fraud prevention system,poor supervision of industry departments,poor publicity and prevention effect,inadequate support for key groups,and deep-rooted fraud subculture.By analyzing its causes,combining with the theory of collaborative governance and the theory of crime situation prevention,this paper explores the prevention and control measures of telecommunication network fraud from five aspects: enhancing the risk of crime,increasing the difficulty of crime,reducing the profit of crime,eliminating the excuse of crime and reducing the stimulation of crime.Putting forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the current governance of telecommunication network fraud,and this would provide a certain reference for the prevention and control of the telecommunication network fraud,which might effectively curb the spread and compress the development space of the telecommunication network fraud,so as to protect the safety of life and property of the general public,and maintain social harmony and stability.
