Research On The Value Chain Upgrading Of Pension Industry Based On Integration Of Pension Industry And Tourism Industry

With the deepening of China’s aging population and the improvement of national living standards,the demand of the elderly people for diversified and high-quality pension products and services continues to increase,and the scale of the pension industry continues to expand.Although the scale of China’s pension industry has expanded year by year,its growth rate has gradually slowed down,and the supply capacity of diversified and high-quality pension products and services are insufficient,which is difficult to meet the emerging elderly care needs of elderly people.As a result,the value chain of the pension industry is difficult to realize an efficient value transmission cycle,and the value chain of the pension industry is always in a low-level and inefficient development stage.Therefore,it is very important to deeply analyze the value chain upgrading of the pension industry and find the driving force to promote the upgrading and development of the value chain of the pension industry.Based on this,this paper studies and analyzes the upgrading path and direction of the value chain of the pension industry from the perspective of the integration of the pension and tourism industry.Firstly,by constructing the three subject evolutionary game model,this paper analyzes the upgrading direction of the pension industry value chain based on the integration of pension and tourism industry.Secondly,on the basis of constructing the index system of pension industry and tourism industry,the integration level of pension industry and tourism industry is calculated by using the coupling coordination degree model.Then,based on the calculated integration level of pension and tourism industry,this paper empirically analyzes the main factors affecting the integration of the two industries.Finally,according to the empirical analysis results,this paper puts forward the upgrading path of the pension industry value chain based on the integration of pension and tourism industry.This paper holds that the development of pension industry value chain should take the integration of pension and tourism industry as the upgrading direction.In addition,age structure,government support,consumer demand and per capita education have a significant impact on the integration level of pension and tourism industry,but the effects of influencing factors are different in areas with different industrial and economic development levels.Based on this,this paper puts forward the upgrading path of the pension industry value chain with the integration of pension and tourism industry as the upgrading direction.
