The ever-increasing power of public authority, dispersed throughout the various systems of society, has had a profound effect on people’s lives in modern times. This disparity between public and private power has caused the public power to increasingly threaten or even infringe upon human rights. In the face of the infringement of social public power, the traditional human rights theory is bound by the dual structure of "citizen-state",and human rights cannot be adequately protected in the traditional theoretical structure of state duty.To ensure a more comprehensive protection of human rights,it is essential to integrate social power into the theoretical framework of human rights, analyze social power and human rights by uniting the inter-personal effectiveness of fundamental rights, and form a triad of "citizensocial power-state power".This will enable the theoretical structure of human rights to be better adapted to the advancement of human rights.theory, norms and practice, the basic rights of individuals, such as human dignity and human rights, should be better protected, and the social power should assume its responsibility for human rights. |
