Analysis Of The Structural Factors Affecting The Public Policy In Latin American Countries

Due to geographical,political,and historical factors,Latin American countries have a certain degree of convergence in the fields of national development issues,public policy formulation,and other fields,exhibiting a prominent "pan Latin American" characteristic.In recent years,with Latin America’s economic development,especially since the outbreak,employment and medical problems in the field of the people’s livelihood in a certain period of time advantage of right-wing parties,Latin America politics left resurgence more and more prominent.Argentina,Bolivia,Honduras,Peru and other countries on the left have won the election,Latin American politics comprehensive turn left inevitably cause the attention of the US government.Catholic prevalence in Latin America,religion and politics,liberation of theology as a unique research field,its theoretical development and inspired by the Cuban revolutionary victory and vigorous of the mass movement in Latin America,embodies the traditional church and the liberation of theology contradictions and conflicts.At the same time,the liberation of theology "grassroots" characteristics and left-wing party "civilians",Latin American national public policy formulation and the liberation of theology,liberation theology for Latin America left regime to deal with the relationship between religion and politics provides a more practical and dialectical governing ideas.This paper attempts to conduct a study on the progress and limitations of public policies in Latin American countries,especially equality policies guided by left-wing trends of thought.It summarizes the situation of the "pendulum effect" in political circles in Latin American countries,analyzes the social background of the emergence of left-wing trends of thought in Latin America and their impact on public policies in Latin America,and proposes forward-looking policy recommendations based on the common characteristics of Latin American countries.At the same time,it analyzes the background,development process,connotation and characteristics of liberation theology,and attempts to explore the reasons for its emergence in Latin America.It also analyzes the development direction of Latin American liberation theology today,as well as the reasons why it still has important academic and practical significance today.It also studies the life plight of religious believers such as the poor class,which liberation theology focuses on.From the perspective of liberation theology,this paper aims to explore the structural factors affecting public policies in Latin American countries from the perspective of Latin American liberation theology and obtain valuable enlightenment from paying attention to vulnerable groups in society,doing a good job in China’s religious management,and promoting the development of Sino Latin American diplomatic friendship.
