A Study On The Theoretical Innovation Of Chinese Modernization Road

Over the past hundred years,the Chinese people,under the leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC),have carried out practical activities of social revolution,construction and reform,and have successfully walked out on a Chinese modernization path that is very different from that of the West,while at the same time accumulating a wealth of historical experience.Since the new era,the Communist Party of China has led the Chinese people in a profound practice of socialist modernization,and the Party and the state have undergone a change in their undertakings that has led to the formation of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.Under the guidance of his thought,China has accomplished the great task of eradicating poverty and building a moderately prosperous society,and is striving to make a new journey towards building a modern socialist country in a comprehensive manner.As practice calls for theory and theory guides the development of practice,it is urgent to explore in depth the theoretical innovation of China’s Chinese modernization path over the past century,especially the theoretical creation of the driving force system,institutional mechanism and purpose behind the advancement of this path,in order to provide the theoretical guidance needed for the comprehensive promotion of national rejuvenation through Chinese modernization.This paper,while adhering to the Marxist position,viewpoint and method,combines them with the concrete reality of the Chinese modernization road,and from the approach of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,maps the theoretical innovations made by the Chinese Communist Party and the Chinese people in their struggle for the Chinese modernization road over the past century,especially since the new era,so as to reveal the theoretical progress of the Chinese modernization road.Based on the literature on modernization at home and abroad,the paper begins with modernization,the Chinese modernization path and the relationship between Chinese modernization and world modernization,and clarifies the relevant concepts of modernization.It then analyses the modernization theories of classical Marxist writers,then explains the practical exploration and theoretical creation of the Chinese Communists on the Chinese-style modernization path,and then introduces the three dimensions of the fundamental theoretical innovation of the Chinese-style modernization path.Based on the practical history of the Chinese-style modernization road over the past century,the fruitfulness of the theory of the Chinese-style modernization road is discussed from the three dimensions of dynamics theory innovation,mechanism theory innovation and purpose theory innovation,guided by the Marxist materialistic view of history.In terms of the dynamical system,the dynamics of the mission-oriented political party,the main dynamics of the people,the direct dynamics of reform and opening up,and the synergy of the "five civilizations" constitute the driving elements of the dynamical system of the Chinese modernization road,which is the fundamental premise for the operation of the Chinese road.From the perspective of institutional mechanisms,China has gradually leaped from a planned economic system to a socialist market economic system,including theoretical innovations in institutional mechanisms such as the ownership structure,the relations between the government and the market,and the income distribution system.In the new era,China has created new theories on the basic economic system,the macroeconomic control and governance system,the construction of a modernized economic system and the regulation of capital,making the socialist market economy system more perfect and developed,while insisting on the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,and establishing a set of synergistic and interactive national governance modernization system to effectively empower modernization of the national governance capacity.From a purpose-oriented perspective,the Chinese modernization path adheres to the development objective of people’s sharing,and in the process of socialist modernization,it constantly enhances the sharing of all people,comprehensive sharing,common sharing and gradual sharing;it adheres to the essential requirement of common prosperity for all people,not only in material life but also in spiritual life,and is an organic combination of the two;it adheres to the world objective of peaceful development,and China has established a new international relationship and adhered to the new development concept.China’s new international relations and the new concept of development,security,cooperation and civilization,as well as the concept of new global governance,establish a community with a shared future for humankind,and achieve the theoretical innovation of the road.The theoretical innovation of the dynamical system,institutional mechanism and purpose should be continuously promoted to provide fundamental support for other specific theoretical innovations of the Chinese modernization road,so as to promote the process of national rejuvenation with Chinese modernization and contribute Chinese ideas and solutions to the major issues facing the development of the times.
