The 14 th Five-Year Plan period is an important strategic period of reform and development of our country’s cause of aging, and is also a window of opportunity to establish and improve the old-age system with Chinese characteristics. At present, the population situation in China is entering the stage of aging with fewer children, aging and fewer children at the same time, which has led to the traditional family pension facing many challenges, the scarcity of children in the family and the elderly family pension "imbalance between supply and demand" highlighted, the old can be in a difficult situation at any time without old people to support. In this context,in some rural areas, the dual-family pension mode based on the marriage of "both sides" gradually emerged and maintained a booming trend. The successful conclusion of "two-sided occupation" marriage has realized the two-line transformation of family support pattern. It promotes the modernization transformation of the family endowment mode and has an important influence on the traditional rural family endowment mode. But AT the same time, the dual system endowment also has the inevitable risk and the latent worry, and faces the different reality pressure.,therefore,to carry out "on both sides of the marriage mode of rural family endowment the plight of the research, the system description" on both sides of the plight of family pension characterization, forming mechanism and the way to deal with reality, not just in the Nick of and far-reaching,very fit era of active aging strategy, policy value and practical significance. In this study, the author selects the typical rural areas in northern Guangxi as the research field, adopts the qualitative research method of in-depth interviews, and has carried out field research on the elderly care practice of 20 "two sides occupied" families. The study found that "dual support" is essentially a strategic selection based on the actual needs of the elderly, which is embodied in three forms of support, namely,"wife based and husband assisted","husband based and wife assisted" and "balanced on both sides".For the selection of elderly care models, different offspring families exhibit different action orientations based on practical considerations such as economic advantages, emotional connections, and work convenience. When the economic strength of both families is good and the residential area of the elderly on both sides is small, there is basically no difference in the support of the offspring for the elderly on both sides; When one family has significant economic advantages and the elderly on both sides live far away, there is a "economic bias" and "care bias".This means that there has been a significant change in the family support rules of Y Village in northern Guangxi, which focus on "dual family" as the core. The "support bias","lack of care","lack of feedback",and "unclear attribution" collectively constitute the dilemma of dual family elderly care.Through the application of intergenerational exchange theory and family modernization theory for attribution analysis,it was found that spatial and temporal differences in housing, shortage of human resources, rising cost of support, and declining filial piety culture are the four main influencing factors.Based on this, the study proposes the concept of building a "four in one" elderly care security system from the perspectives of family, government, society, and culture,in order to comprehensively enhance and reshape the fundamental role of family elderly care.
