Study On Xi Jinping’s Innovative Development On The Theory Of Common Prosperity

Achieving common prosperity is the unswerving goal of Chinese Communists.Since its founding in 1921,the Communist Party of China has led the Chinese people through arduous struggles,established the socialist system,forged a path of socialism with Chinese characteristics,carried out reform and opening-up with inimitable courage,established the socialist market economy system,and promoted the rapid development of China’s economy and society.In the course of revolution,reform and development,the CPC has made constant theoretical innovations and gradually developed the theory of common prosperity with distinctive Chinese characteristics.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,Chinese Communists with Comrade Xi Jinping as the main representative have carried on and innovatively developed the CPC’s theory of common prosperity in the process of implementing the Five-Sphere Integrated Plan and the Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy,making historic achievements and changes in the cause of the Party and the country.Xi Jinping noted that bringing prosperity to all is an essential requirement of socialism,as well as an important feature of Chinese-style modernization.We should adhere to the people-centered philosophy of development,promote common prosperity through high-quality development.This paper takes Xi Jinping’s important exposition on common prosperity and relevant literature of the CPC’s theory of common prosperity as the main research object,and discusses Xi Jinping’s innovative development of the connotation,extension,strategic standing,historical orientation and practical path of the common prosperity theory.The paper holds that Xi Jinping’s major strategic deployment,important exposition and theoretical system on common prosperity to be the dialectical unity of history and reality,the dialectical unity of theory and practice.As the inheritance and innovation of Marxist theory of common prosperity,it had enriched and developed Marxist theory,which is of great significance to building a modern socialist country in all respects and constantly realizing people’s aspirations for better life.On our new journey to fully build a modern socialist country,we must take Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as our guide,continue to make solid progress in promoting common prosperity,achieve comprehensive improvements in material,political,spiritual,social and ecological progress,and enable all our people to live a happier and better life.
