Research On Ideological And Political Education Of Rural Party Members Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The prosperity of agriculture leads to a secure job,the stability of rural areas leads to social security,and the prosperity of farmers leads to a strong and prosperous country.On the broad rural front,the ranks of rural party members are not only the " vanguard forces" promoting the strategy of rural revitalization,but also the participants in the process of rural revitalization,and they are also the backbone of the work of rural grassroots party organizations.Strengthening the ideological and political education of rural party members is of great significance for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization and accelerating agricultural and rural modernization.In the context of rural revitalization,only by continuously improving their comprehensive qualities can rural party members meet the new requirements of rural revitalization,thereby enhancing the combat effectiveness of rural grassroots party organizations.With the continuous promotion of the rural revitalization strategy,the ideological and political education of rural party members is also facing new challenges and opportunities.How to face the new challenges and seize the new opportunities,effectively strengthen the ideological and political education of rural party members,is the key to consolidating the party’s ruling foundation in rural areas,and is also an important condition for achieving comprehensive rural revitalization.Henan Province is a major agricultural province in China.This study takes Yanling County,Henan Province as the research object.Firstly,by combing and summarizing relevant literature,it elaborates on the relevant concepts of rural revitalization and ideological and political education for rural party members;Secondly,it analyzes the relationship between rural revitalization and ideological and political education of rural party members,and proposes that rural revitalization and ideological and political education of rural party members promote each other;Thirdly,using the methods of investigation,comprehensive analysis,and induction as the main research methods,this paper systematically analyzes the current situation of the ideological and political education of rural party members in Yanling County,and deeply analyzes the current problems and reasons;Finally,from the four aspects of the construction of the normalization education mechanism for rural party members and the content,method,and environment of ideological and political education,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the ideological and political education work for rural party members in the context of rural revitalization.
