Study On The Construction Of Rural Civilization In Guangxi Ethnic Areas

The issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" has always been a social development problem that China attaches great importance to.In order to solve these problems,the Party put forward the rural revitalization strategy at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.As an important part of the two cross policies of rural revitalization,rural style civilization can not only provide inexhaustible impetus for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,but also provide practical guidance for the effective solution of our "three rural issues".The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has put forward higher requirements for the construction and development of ethnic minority areas and pushed the construction of rural culture in ethnic minority areas to a more important position.The construction of rural civilization in minority areas plays a vital role in improving the degree of rural social civilization,improving the spiritual outlook of the villagers,uniting the centripetal force of villagers,and enhancing the sense of security and happiness of villagers.Based on the perspective of rural civilization construction in Guangxi ethnic areas,this paper takes Marx and Engels’ relevant discourse on rural construction,Chinese Communists’ important discourse on spiritual civilization construction and important ideological resources for the development of ethnic excellent traditional culture as theoretical guidance.Through visiting and observing individual villages in Nanping Yao Township,using case interviews and questionnaires,and combining with my own research harvest,this paper summarizes the experience and achievements of Nanping Yao township style civilization construction.Nanping Yao Township is located in the southwest of Shangsi County,across the Shiwan Mountain and Fulong Banba in Fangcheng District to the southeast,connected to Hualan Township to the south,adjacent to Nanan Township in Ningming County to the west,and bordering Pingfu Township in the north.The special mountainous geographical location has brought opportunities and challenges to the development of Nanping Yao Township,and long-term poverty and backwardness have made it more difficult to build rural style civilization in Nanping Yao Township.Under the opportunity of rural revitalization strategy,the construction of village style civilization in Nanping Yao ethnic group Township has achieved certain results,but there are still some improvements in the construction of village style civilization.In view of the aspects found in the investigation that Nanping Yao ethnic group Township still needs to be improved in the construction of township style civilization,this paper proposes the outlook of the path to promote the construction of township style civilization in Nanping Yao ethnic group Township through the cause analysis,in order to provide a reference for the path of township style civilization construction in similar areas of Nanping Yao ethnic group Township,and also provide a reference for similar ethnic areas and relevant government departments to formulate policies.According to the research,Nanping Yao Ethnic Township has achieved certain achievements in the construction of village style civilization,which are reflected in the following aspects: continuous improvement in village appearance,continuous integration of socialist core values,continuous improvement in the construction of good family customs and folk customs,and continuous development of rural cultural tourism.However,there are also some shortcomings,such as the lagging modernization ideology of some villagers,the outstanding traditional culture inheritance and innovative development of rural ethnic groups need to be improved,the spiritual and cultural life of villagers is not rich enough,and bad habits still exist in the countryside.The reasons are as follows: the development of rural education is relatively backward,the inheritance of outstanding ethnic traditional culture is weak,the lack of rural public infrastructure,and the village rules and regulations system to be improved.Therefore,the following four aspects should be taken into account to promote the construction of village style civilization in Nanping Yao ethnic group Township.First,the contents of rural education should be enriched,including the cultivation and promotion of socialist core values,the training of rural vocational skills,and the strengthening of rural scientific and cultural knowledge education.The second is to inherit and develop excellent traditional ethnic culture,including actively guiding the public to participate in the inheritance and development of excellent traditional ethnic culture,doing a good job in the cultivation of inheritors and reserve talents,and improving the quality of the integrated development of excellent traditional ethnic culture and tourism;Third,improve the rural public cultural service system,including strengthening the construction and management of public cultural facilities,carrying out a variety of spiritual and cultural activities,and establishing special funds for public cultural services;Fourth,we will revise and improve the system of village rules and regulations,including integrating core socialist values into village rules and regulations,refining and improving the specific content of village rules and regulations,and improving the supervision mechanism of village rules and regulations.
