Study On Financial Governance Optimization Of Q Street Village Organization Based On Financial Cloud

"Build China into a great modern socialist country in all respects".It also stressed the importance of rural development,clearly pointed out that we should give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas,speed up the building of an agricultural power.It is necessary to strengthen the rural modernization construction and consolidate the financial management of the village organization.Although most village organization finance has realized the computerization,but still limited to the basic accounting function,can not adapt to the new era of rural reform and development needs.Financial governance has been widely applied to every corner of the society.It is not limited to simply copying records,but more to help people analyze applications and make scientific decisions.Therefore,the "financial cloud platform" based on big data and cloud computing design is of great significance for studying how to comprehensively promote the scientific,refined and standardized financial governance at the village level and further improve the level of financial governance in rural areas.This paper expounds the basic concepts and relevant theories of village financial governance and financial cloud platform,analyzes the current situation of financial governance of village organization in Q Street,and uses questionnaire survey to determine that the main problems currently exist are concentrated in three aspects:system,personnel and platform.Based on this,it proposes to use "financial cloud platform" under the premise of "village account and town management" mode.Make the village organization financial governance into the province’s budget management integration of this optimization plan,and put forward targeted safeguard measures: first,strengthen the system construction,improve the village organization financial governance management system;Second,improve the team quality,strengthen the village organization financial management personnel guarantee;Third,optimize the design of the platform and strengthen the background guarantee of financial governance of the village organization.The study of this paper hopes that by using the financial cloud platform,it will have reference value to improve the financial governance system of Q street village organizations and improve the financial governance level of village organizations,and it is expected to contribute modern financial governance power to the modernization of rural construction.
