The development of society not only brings about an improvement in people’s living standards,but also intensifies competition in various fields.People’s mental pressure is increasing day by day,and job burnout has become a psychological "stubborn disease" for many professionals.In this context,the civil service team is also facing increasingly serious job burnout.Women,due to their physiological uniqueness and psychological high sensitivity,are more likely to encounter difficulties in the workplace and generate negative emotions.Therefore,compared to male civil servants,female civil servants face greater physical and mental pressure,and the problem of job burnout is more prominent.This article is based on the issue of job burnout among female civil servants.Taking female civil servants in Y city as the survey object,and after in-depth study of domestic and foreign scholars’ research results on job burnout,the survey indicators have been established using the internationally commonly used MBI-GS scale.A survey questionnaire and interview outline that can effectively measure the level of job burnout among female civil servants have been developed.By conducting a questionnaire survey on 650 female civil servants in Y city and conducting on-site interviews with 20 female civil servants,relevant survey data were obtainedEmpirical research data shows that the influencing factors of job burnout among female civil servants in Y city mainly come from four aspects: individuals,organizations,families,and society.Therefore,this article proposes targeted suggestions to alleviate the occupational burnout of female civil servants in Y city.On a personal level,female civil servants need to enhance their personal work abilities and actively adjust their psychological state;At the organizational level,establish and improve organizational incentive systems,reasonably design salary structures,improve the salary level of civil servants,improve assessment systems,and smooth promotion channels;At the family and social levels,enhance social support,encourage both men and women to share family responsibilities,and create a social atmosphere of gender equality.The research results aim to provide better career experiences for female civil servants in China and provide some theoretical and practical references for improving the quality and efficiency of the civil service team.
