Data is make a profound changes to the society as a whole.Expansion of data access,promoting the flow of data and sharing data has become the main melody of The Times.But at the same time,the existing rights and interests of the personal data protection mode still has many defects.On the one hand is the protection of the existing mode of data flow may cause barriers,on the other hand is the protection of the existing model can’t solve the problem of unequal personal and data control power,it is difficult to essentially to protect rights and interests of personal data.Data when trust is put forward,the goal is to integrate data,as an intermediary between a promote the circulation of sharing data,but data trust above can also be used in protection of the rights and interests of personal data.For personal data rights management of trust,on the one hand,can be used as a powerful intermediary,to help change the imbalance of power between the individual and data control,proper management of personal data;On the other hand,as an important source of big data,personal data has incomparable importance,how to promote the data in the protection of personal data of the circulation,also it can solve a problem.So let the trust data become one part of the personal rights and interests of the data management,is the era of big data,Important way of data protection and data flow of give attention to two or more things,as a new kind of personal data managerial mode,there is hope in the future data is lacking in the treatment of the existing short board,through professional personal rights management,data for data protection in the circulation,circulation in the protection,promote economic in data security,transparency and efficiency in the booming.
