| At present,China has initially established a social assistance system based on basic living security,supported by special assistance,and supplemented by the participation of social forces.With the progress of economic society and science and technology,online philanthropy has developed rapidly,and a large amount of funds in the field of philanthropy also flow to educational aid undertakings every year.Unlike traditional education assistance,charitable education assistance funds largely come from donations from caring folk people,and the rational use of valuable private charitable resources has gradually become the focus of social attention.However,there are still some problems to be solved in the allocation of charity education assistance crowdfunding funds.In order to further explore how to scientifically allocate charitable education assistance crowdfunding funds,this article sets up 124 measurement indicators,and uses descriptive statistical analysis,binary logistic regression analysis,and other methods to analyze the distribution of charitable education assistance crowdfunding funds in 31 provinces(autonomous regions,municipalities directly under the central government)throughout the country from 2011 to 2020,as well as the factors that affect the allocation of charitable education assistance crowdfunding funds.The study found that the allocation of charitable education assistance crowdfunding donations is influenced by multi-dimensional factors such as the responsible entity,time,geographical space,project structure,and financial information disclosure,such as the responsible entity of different nature and level,the province where the project executor is located,the province where the donations are received,different types of charitable education assistance projects,financial information disclosure,and the allocated proportion of donations.Factors such as online fundraising platforms can affect the allocation of crowdfunding donations to varying degrees,leading to issues in the field of donation allocation,such as the lack of a scientific flow pattern in donation allocation,limited information disclosure and transparency of charitable entities,low digitization in the field of charity,and a large gap between the actual allocation of donations and the target amount.The main reasons for this are the lag in the development of charitable education assistance,inadequate legal regulations,high operating costs of charitable organizations,and the lack of a unified and complete management mechanism.In response to the above issues,this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions from such aspects as further improving the efficiency of allocation of charitable education assistance resources,improving the relevant legal system in the field of charitable education assistance,strengthening the digital construction of charitable education assistance,and enhancing the sustainable development ability of charitable organizations,With a view to better promoting philanthropy,assisting educational assistance,and realizing the vision of all people towards a better life during the era of building common prosperity and the post poverty alleviation era. |
