Research On Telecom Network Fraud Management In Luliang City

At present,China’s economy is developing rapidly,and the overall level of science and technology is in a state of rapid development.Electronic network products have brought great convenience to people,making people’s life more and more convenient.However,the following is the emergence of various fraud phenomena,especially the increasingly serious telecommunications network fraud in colleges and universities.College students have been subjected to more and more telecommunications network fraud events,which has caused huge economic losses,In serious cases,the whole family will be damaged and their life will be in a desperate situation.This paper studies the current situation of fraud in university telecommunications networks,and analyzes the constraints on the effectiveness of relevant governance,optimizes and improves the governance path,vigorously eradicate those behaviors that endanger campus security,do its best to maintain social and political stability,and strive to promote the country’s governance capacity and related systems,which will have an important impact on China’s future modernization process.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the background and significance of the article,studies the characteristics of college students’ daily cheating in the network,the means of network fraud,and the relevant governance measures of the government departments,expounds the theoretical tools and core concepts it applies,studies the ideas and methods of the article,and points out its innovations and shortcomings;Secondly,it introduces the characteristics of the telecommunications network fraud in Luliang City’s colleges and universities,analyzes the various adverse effects brought by the telecommunications network fraud in detail,analyzes the measures adopted in the governance of the telecommunications network fraud in Luliang City’s colleges and universities,and expounds the effective results achieved;Finally,it analyzes the various problems existing in the process of governance of telecommunications network fraud in Luliang City’s colleges and universities from the social level,the school level and the student level,and proposes that the social level should actively learn from the internal and external successful experience,dynamically improve the legislation of telecommunications network fraud in colleges and universities,increase the legislation of personal privacy protection,introduce special legislation around the crime of telecommunications network fraud,the public security organs should play a good role in combating and governance,and strengthen anti-fraud monitoring and early warning,Operators shall fulfill their responsibilities;At the school level,strengthen the campus information security prevention measures,build a complete campus telecommunications network fraud prevention education system,and strengthen the investment in campus security management;Students should improve their awareness of prevention,build their own line of defense and strengthen the effect of collaborative education through home-school interaction.This topic research is combined with the author’s actual work.Through a large number of field research data,the collection,sorting and analysis of specific cases in the work,and a large number of documents and materials related to the governance of telecommunications network fraud crime,it has obvious practical significance for the research on the diversified governance of telecommunications network fraud in colleges and universities in Luliang City.The research results also have certain reference value for the prevention and governance of such crimes.
