Research On Theme Concerns Of Government Micro Blog Content And The Measurement Of The Trust Of Netizens

In the era of mobile Internet,the new media of government affairs is an important way for the government to promote the openness of government affairs,government services and social governance.It is an important channel for the party and the government to contact the masses,serve the masses and unite the masses.It has unique advantages in ideological communication.The Internet has become the main battlefield of ideology.The emergence of government microblog has brought opportunities and risks to the shaping of government image.In this paper,the government micro-blog accounts ’Chengdu release’,’Beijing release’,’Shanghai release’,’Nanjing release’ and ’China Guangzhou release’ are taken as empirical research objects to study the trust degree of government micro-blog hot topics during the 13 th Five-Year Plan period.Firstly,in order to obtain the theme of the blog post published by the empirical research object,the BERTopic method is used to extract the theme,and the information release characteristics of different government microblog accounts,the preference and role characteristics of the blog content are analyzed.Secondly,the H index is introduced to calculate the topic attention of each topic,and the public ’s attention to different topics is obtained.Finally,based on the data of blog posts and comments of the research object,the sentiment analysis and text binary classification(SVM)methods are used to obtain the indicators needed for the calculation of trust value : blog post sentiment orientation value,comment sentiment orientation value,evaluation object combined with topic content;through the trust judgment rules and trust calculation formula,the trust value of each hot topic is obtained.From the perspective of low trust value blog content,the crux of low trust value is found.The research results show that from the perspective of topic extraction results and topic attention,people have a stronger willingness to interact with blogs of interactive communication,urban cultural propaganda and hot event response.From the perspective of the role characteristics of government microblogs,’ Chengdu release ’ and ’ China Guangzhou release ’ attach importance to urban propaganda;’Beijing release ’ attaches importance to government interpretation;’Nanjing Release ’and ’ Shanghai Release ’ attach importance to providing daily convenience information.From the perspective of the detailed topics of each government microblog,six topics,such as ’ beautiful scenery sharing ’,’ traffic information ’,’educational information ’,’ weather forecast ’,’ cultural activities ’ and ’ policy release ’,are the common topics of the sample government microblog.Among them,the topics of ’ traffic information ’,’ educational information ’ and ’ beautiful scenery sharing ’ are the hot topics.Based on the hot topics that people are most concerned about,the trust value of each hot topic is obtained by constructing trust calculation formulas and rules.Based on the theme of low trust value,it analyzes the content characteristics of the blog post on this topic,and helps the government to correctly understand the areas that still need to be improved in its own work.Among them,the trust value of the theme of ’traffic information ’ is the lowest,and the content of people ’s distrust in ’ traffic information ’ mainly includes ’ traffic control ’,’ road congestion ’,’ spring transportation guarantee ’ and ’ subway line ’.The government should pay attention to the improvement of relevant traffic conditions in the future work,and constantly improve the trust value of Internet users on related topics.Finally,this paper points out the problems of unbalanced development,poor operation effect and uneven quality of operators in the current government microblog construction,and contributes targeted suggestions.It provides a reference for improving the overall influence of government microblog and building a good government image in the future.At the same time,this paper expounds the deficiencies in the research scope,theoretical support and model optimization,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
