Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Preventing And Controlling Financial Risks In F County,Shandong Province

The stability and healthy development of Finance is a vital part of the development of a local economy.With the development and changes of the economy,the real estate market is depressed,the COVID-19 continues and other Factors,the local Financial risk problems gradually emerge.If effective measures are not taken to prevent and control,it will have huge social impact,and bring catastrophic harm to the economic and social development,Therefore,the research on the prevention and control of local financial risks has aroused widespread concern.As far as the financial stability and security of a place are concerned,the local government plays a leading role in preventing and resolving financial risks and maintaining financial security and stability together with various regulatory functional departments.Based on the theory of financial vulnerability,financial supervision and coordination governance,this paper selects F County,Shandong Province,as an example.From the perspective of the local government,combined with the relevant measures taken by F County,Shandong Province to prevent and control financial risks and the work experience gained,through analyzing the basic situation of the financial supervision department in F County,Shandong Province,this paper analyzes the main risk points in the prevention and control of financial risks in F County,Shandong Province,To study the current situation and achievements of local governments in strengthening financial risk prevention and control;Systematically analyzed and studied the existing problems of local governments in preventing and resolving financial risks,sorted out the deficiencies and problems in financial supervision and financial risk prevention and control in F County,Shandong Province,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen and improve local governments’ financial risk prevention and control and strengthen financial supervision on the basis of full research.There are six chapters in this paper.The first chapter is the introduction from the background of the topic,the significance of the topic,the summary of the relevant research,the technical roadmap of the research,the innovation of the research and the existing problems;The second chapter introduces the theoretical basis and related concepts of financial risk prevention and control and financial supervision;The third chapter studies the current situation of financial risk prevention and control in F County,Shandong Province,as well as some remarkable achievements in financial risk prevention and control;On the basis of full investigation,the fourth chapter studies and analyzes some deficiencies in the prevention and control of financial risks in F County,Shandong Province,and analyzes these existing problems;The fifth chapter is based on the research and analysis of the previous chapters,and through summarizing the experience and practice of local governments in preventing and controlling financial risks,it puts forward suggestions on optimizing financial risk prevention and control measures in F County,Shandong Province;The sixth chapter is a summary of this paper.
