In recent years,China’s economy and the support of national policies have developed strongly, the problem of rural poverty has been effectively improved. However, the deterioration of the ecological environment and the destruction of agricultural resources are still a major problem facing China. At present,China’s major industries such as industrial development still need to be at the cost of environmental damage, the existing rules and policies are mainly to benefit incentives to guide farmers, such as straw return subsidies, organic fertilizer use tax rebates and other measures, which can not fundamentally solve the current rural areas of non-environmental behavior of farmers, rural areas on how to encourage farmers to pro-environmental behavior should develop more countermeasures.Regulate farmers’ pro-environmental behavior from more perspectives. In this context,in order to better achieve the sustainable development of the rural economy, the development of farmers’ livelihoods, and the strategic goal of rural revitalization, government departments and individual farmers should take the main body of farmers as the starting point, analyze the influencing factors of their pro-environmental behavior, and achieve the dual goals of improving and optimizing the rural ecological environment while developing the economy. As the main body of rural life,The role of farmers in the rural revitalization strategy is irreplaceable.Developing rural ecological civilization and building beautiful countryside are important issues that we urgently need to solve.Whether farmers adopt pro-environmental behavior has also appealed the attention of the government and society. So study the conditions that influence farmers’ pro-environmental behavior can not only enrich the research perspective of farmers’ pro-environmental behavior theory, but also have great significance for building ecological villages and promoting the implementation process of rural revitalization strategies.Based on the inductive summary of the existing research, the theoretical model is constructed, and then the field questionnaire survey is conducted on the fifteen villages in four counties and fifteen villages in Anhui Province, and the influencing factors of the pro-environmental behavior of farmers are analyzed by using one-factor ANOVA and structural equation model. The significance of studying the pro-environmental behavior of farmers is proposed. The study found that the impact of economic environmental attitudes and government policies was the most significant, and the impact of important others and living environment attitudes on farmers’ pro-environmental behavior was more significant;among individuals and families, farmers’ education level, physical health,Engel coefficient, family income range, family income stability, and risk attitude had a significant impact on farmers’ pro-environmental behavior.Taking into account the above findings, this paper gives the following advices: one is to reduce the operating costs of farmers and enhance the development information of farmers;the second is to improve the environmental awareness level of farmers;the third is to play a guiding role in social norms;and the fourth is to give play to the positive role of government policies to consolidate the effect of government governance. |
