Research On Communist Youth League’s Construction In Social Support System For Juvenile Crime Prevention

Nowadays,with occasional occurrence of vicious crime,teenagers involved,and the number of minors conditional non-prosecution on the rise,the situation of juvenile protection is not optimistic.Except for the“criminal investigation” by Procuratorial Organs,there is an urgent need for different units and organizations to cooperate to construct judicial social support system.The“social work”provided by the Communist Youth League to construct social support system,which is of great importance.How to promote the role of the Communist Youth League,to prevent juvenile delinquency and recidivism of minors conditional non-prosecution,is realist focus of this research.This dissertation studies Communist Youth League’s construction in social support system for juvenile crime prevention,focusing on the group of minors,crime involved,especially these minors conditional non-prosecution,and studies the case of exploration in R County,the first batch of pilot cities.Based on Collaborative Governance Theory,this dissertation defines these work responsibilities of the Communist Youth League in the construction of social support system for juvenile crime prevention,and with this as a reference,it makes a comparative analysis of the exploration and practice of R County,and draws conclusion of the actual situation and these shortcomings.Then,these influencing factors of short board are analyzed,and the corresponding suggestions for the participation of the Communist Youth League are put forward.The author has carried out the dissertation by the means of site visits,individual interviews,data acquisition,case comparison,with the focus on the analysis of 206 juvenile case materials and various reference collection of the Juvenile Judicial Social Service Center.In general,the exploration by the Communist Youth League of R County,on the construction of social support system for juvenile crime prevention,is going ahead in the nation.Although there are some shortcomings,it can be optimized and improved by focusing on these important work of juvenile crime prevention,attaching more importance to construction of social support system,and enhancing cooperation and coordination with other organizations.Since almost all the Communist Youth League organizations are devoted to prevention from juvenile crime,and the case of R County is typical and representative,the conclusion of this dissertation can provide some reference for other Communist Youth League organizations to carry out the construction of social support system for juvenile crime prevention,to jointly promote the juvenile judicial protection mechanism,and improve the long-term development of juvenile crime prevention.
