As an important social organization,private pension institutions will achieve great development with the arrival of an aging society,and will also face a series of new challenges.It can be seen that private pension enterprises must meet the actual needs of social development,build a suitable compensation system through in-depth reform,and fully mobilize the work enthusiasm of the staff,so as to build a strong market competitiveness.This paper selects literature method,questionnaire survey method and field survey method,and investigates the current situation of the salary system of Happy Home Elderly Service Center,and the existing problems include: lack of market competitiveness,lack of rationality of job salary and lack of incentive of performance salary.This is mainly due to the lack of external salary research on the market,the imperfect post value evaluation system and the lag of performance management concept.Based on the analysis of the causes,the compensation system of Happy Home,including post analysis,post value evaluation,post classification,salary market survey,salary policy line,the compensation system based on the performance evaluation,linking workload and compensation,and optimizing the assessment mechanism.Finally,from the aspects of establishing the new concept of administration and personnel in the pension industry,strengthening the organizational support,improving the supporting system,maintaining the dynamic optimization and adjusting the system of the salary system and comprehensively improving the quality of employees.In this paper,the happy Home Pension Service Center is taken as an example to deeply study the current situation,problems and optimization strategies of the compensation system.Through the optimization of salary system,give full play to the incentive role of salary management,improve the enthusiasm and initiative of employees,maximize the service efficiency and level,and lay a necessary foundation for the construction of the company’s market competitiveness.On the other hand,the research results themselves can also play a positive reference and reference role for the compensation system optimization of related similar domestic enterprises.
