The Research On The System Experience Of The Communist Party Of China Leadership To Deal With The Major Emergency

My country has been a country with frequent major emergencies from ancient times to the present,and the Chinese struggle poems are also full of stories of struggle with Since ancient times,China has been a country with frequent occurrence of major emergencies.The history of fighting against major emergencies has been written in the poems of the Struggle of the Chinese nation for thousands of years.As the pace of development in modern society,the growing major incident,bring harm to people’s life safety,material security,but under the leadership of the party is strong against and dissolving the risks of the major events of not only challenges,maintain the national security,and in the struggle in response to major incidents highlighted huge system advantage.Based on the institutional perspective,this paper conducts a case study of the CPC leadership’s response to major emergencies,mainly analyzes the experience and lessons learned by the CPC leadership in response to major emergencies,and summarizes the institutional experience of the CPC leadership in response to major emergencies,and draws inspiration from it.This paper mainly includes the following five parts:The first part,introduction.Mainly include the leadership of the Communist Party of China experience in response to major emergency system research background,the Communist Party of China leadership experience in response to major emergency system research purpose,the leadership of the Communist Party of China experience in response to major emergency system research significance and the leadership of the Communist Party of China to review the experience of a major incident,the foreign related research review on major emergencies so on It provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up research of this paper.The second part is a theoretical overview of the experience of the leadership of the Communist Party of China in dealing with major emergencies.It mainly introduces the basic definition of major emergencies,the classification types of major emergencies,and the main characteristics of major emergencies;it explains the theoretical basis for the leadership of the Communist Party of China to deal with major emergencies,and the significance of the leadership of the Communist Party of China in dealing with major emergencies is expounded.The third part is a case study of the Communist Party of China’s response to major emergencies based on institutional experience.According to the four types of major emergencies,the major natural disasters take the Wenchuan earthquake and the Henan flood as examples,the major accident disasters take the Tianjin Port explosion and the Chongqing Wulong explosion as examples,and the major public health category takes the "SARS" epidemic In the case of the new crown pneumonia epidemic,the major social security category selected the Weng’an 6.28 incident in Guizhou as an example,and based on the institutional experience,it analyzed and summarized the experience and lessons the Communist Party of China has obtained in the process of responding to major emergencies.The fourth part is the experience summary of the he Communist Party of China leadership to deal with major emergencies.Through the comparative analysis of typical major emergencies in the third chapter,the institutional experience of the leadership of the Communist Party of China in dealing with major emergencies is summarized.The Party’s centralized and unified leadership must be adhered to in emergencies;the second is to adhere to the core concept of the supremacy of the people in major emergencies;the third is to adhere to the obvious advantage of concentrating efforts on major events in major emergencies;the fourth is to strengthen the Party’s leadership.Construction provides guarantees for dealing with major emergencies.The fifth part,the experience and enlightenment of the Communist Party of China leadership in dealing with major emergencies.Based mainly on the institutional experience accumulated by the leadership of the Communist Party of China in responding to major emergencies,improve the pre-event prevention,in-process response,and post-event recovery of major emergencies,and continue to use institutional advantages to respond to major emergencies.The goal of social governance efficiency and the deepening of international cooperation in dealing with major emergencies is to provide effective reference and contemporary inspiration for my country and the world to deal with major emergencies.
