The Construction Of The Party S Governing Public Trust Under The Network Environment

Public credibility is an important resource for a political party to obtain the ruling position and maintain the stable development of society.In China,the party’s ruling credibility is related to the construction of the party’s long-term ruling ability.The arrival of the Internet era has changed the ruling environment of the Communist Party of China.Our Party has carried out a series of efforts to explore and basic practice,which has further improved the construction of the party’s ruling credibility and made great achievements.This paper will take the network as a key factor to study the construction of the party’s ruling credibility under the network environment.As the Network has increasingly become an important way to build the party’s ruling credibility,the characteristics of the network,such as fairness and transparency,interaction and timeliness,decentralization and fragmentation,have also brought new changes to the party’s ruling credibility construction.The characteristics of governing environment are variable,the requirements of interest subjects are diverse,the expression of demands is diversified,and the organization management mode is diversified.These new changes have brought new influence to the construction of the party’s ruling credibility.We must objectively analyze the opportunities and challenges brought by the network to the party’s ruling credibility.On the one hand,the network environment brings new opportunities to the construction of the party’s ruling credibility.The fairness of network communication has strengthened the connection between the Party and the masses,the openness of network communication has shaped the ruling image of the Party,the timeliness of network communication has propagated the values of the Party,and the transparency of network communication has standardized the power operation of the Party.On the other hand,the network environment has brought some negative effects to the credibility of the CPC in power.Irrational network communication impacts the ruling idea of the Party,fragmented network communication impacts the ruling authority of the Party,interactive network communication impacts the ruling image of the Party,and decentralized network communication impacts the ruling performance of the Party.The Party should fully understand the influence brought by the network environment,correctly grasp the basic principles,specific requirements and main tasks of the party’s governing credibility construction under the network environment,and explore the specific path of the party’s governing credibility construction under the network environment from the party’s governing philosophy,governing way,governing performance and governing authority,etc.To strengthen the Party’s cyberspace governance concept,grasp the right to speak in ideological and political education,adhere to the people-centered governance concept;Establish network group emergency early warning,improve network public opinion guidance and supervision ability,promote electronic party affairs information openness and transparency;Establish a scientific view of network performance,strengthen the construction of clean air and upright work style,and establish the governing performance evaluation mechanism;Improve the network public opinion response mechanism,promote the network anti-corruption system innovation,improve the network social justice system for the perspective of in-depth research.
