Rural Party Member Team In Linwei District,Weinan City From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization Construction Research

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2017 put forward the rural revitalization strategy for the first time.The rural revitalization strategy involves industry,ecology,culture,organization and talent revitalization.They complement each other and integrate each other to jointly promote rural revitalization.In 2021,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council once again issued the "Opinions on Comprehensively Promoting Rural Revitalization and Accelerating Agricultural and Rural Modernization".It can be seen that the CPC Central Committee has paid unprecedented attention to the continuous promotion of rural revitalization.Organizational revitalization plays a vital leading role in rural revitalization,and rural party members,as promoters of organizational revitalization,are of great importance in team building.Therefore,comprehensively strengthening the construction of rural Party members is an important measure to promote the detailed implementation of rural revitalization,and it is also an important carrier to ensure the implementation of various policies of the Party Central Committee in rural areas.Linwei District,Weinan City,Shaanxi Province is located in the eastern part of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone.It has 14 towns and 281 villages under its jurisdiction.It has a vast rural area and a large population of farmers.Vigorously promote the integrated development of industries,and the agricultural and rural economic development has continuously achieved new results.However,due to the unclear thinking of rural collective economic development,most village-level collective economic organizations are not strong in driving ability,the development stamina is obviously insufficient,and the management is not professional,which restricts the advancement of rural revitalization to a certain extent.In-depth analysis of the underlying reasons is that the leading role of rural party organizations is not enough,and the effectiveness of organizational revitalization to lead rural revitalization needs to be strengthened.This paper aims at the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,with the help of Marxist modernization theory,behavioral science theory and human resource management theory,taking rural party members in Linwei District,Weinan City as the research object,by drawing on domestic and foreign research results on party member team construction,extensive By consulting the literature and intra-party documents issued by the district on the construction of rural party members,the connotation of the concepts of rural revitalization and party member team building,as well as the importance of rural party member team building to rural revitalization,as well as the current stage of Linwei District,Weinan City,are summarized.The effectiveness of rural party member team building,etc.Coupled with his long-term experience in the construction of grass-roots party members,he conducted empirical research by visiting village party organizations in some towns and towns,and conducted empirical research by distributing questionnaires and interviewing individual party organization secretaries and party members.In the management,the party members have weak party consciousness,the development of party members is in trouble,the promotion of care and assistance is slow,and the effect of education and training is poor.The reasons for these problems are analyzed in-depth and meticulous,and practical suggestions are put forward.It is of great significance for Linwei District of Weinan City to further strengthen the construction of rural party members and give full play to the role of rural party members in rural revitalization.At the same time,it has a certain reference for other parts of the country to strengthen the construction of rural party members and promote rural revitalization.
