The problem of ecological environment protection has become an important concern in the global scope recently.With the continuous development and improvement of ecological environment protection technology,the concept of rural habitat environment has emerged and plays an important role in ecological and environmental management.J city village environmental comprehensive supervision platform construction project as a combination of environmental protection projects and the Internet and big data industry,there is no mature theory to support the project schedule management,how to improve the project schedule scientifically and guarantee the quality of project implementation through project schedule management methods.It is worthwhile to carry out in-depth research work.This study analyzes the common methods of project schedule management,and describes the project management methods that can be applied in the process of project schedule management-Work Breakdown Structure,Critical Path Method,Project Evaluation and Review Technique,Critical Chain Project Management,based on the research of the above methods.The thesis uses Work Breakdown Structure as the basis of project work decomposition,and decomposes the work in the implementation phase of the J city village environmental comprehensive supervision platform construction project,and combines the three-point estimation method to estimate the project implementation duration.Considering the completion probability distribution of the total project duration,if there is deviation in the project,there is a very high possibility that the project will not be accepted according to the owner’s requirements,so Critical Chain Project Management is applied to optimize the plan.The results show that,compared with the three-point estimation method,the application of the critical chain project management method can optimize the project schedule,and the optimized total project duration is reduced from 269 working days to 239 working days,which also includes a project buffer of 18 working days,providing an important guarantee for the project completion on schedule.According to the problems in the project,the thesis also proposes "improving project team building","strengthening project related party management","preparing project risk plan","improving project procurement management" and "improving project procurement management".At the same time,the relative monitoring method was used to monitor the buffer consumption during the J city rural habitat environment comprehensive supervision platform project,which provided support for the overall project implementation schedule control and also provided a reference method for the project implementer in the same type of project management work.Through the research on the schedule management of J city village environmental comprehensive supervision platform construction project,the thesis forms a reference value,focusing on the project schedule management method for the project duration,which provides a certain reference role for the schedule management of this type of project subsequently. |
