| The correction of juvenile offenders is one of the important topics of current social management research,and the correction of juvenile offenders requires the joint participation and coordination of diverse subjects,and carrying out research on the coordination mechanism between multiple subjects in the education and correction of juvenile offenders is of great significance to promote the ideological correction of juvenile offenders,rescue juvenile delinquents,reduce the re-offending rate of juvenile offenders,and establish a harmonious society.In this regard,on the basis of combing through relevant literature at home and abroad,this study clarifies the concepts of juvenile offender and multi-subject coordination,selects NC City as an example,and uses questionnaires and interview survey methods to understand the current situation of juvenile offender education and correction of multi-subject coordination from the community,social organizations,social workers,judicial administration,families,volunteers and other subjects.The study found that the multi-subject coordination of education and correction of juvenile offenders in NC City has achieved certain results,but there are still some problems,mainly as follows: the law on multi-subject coordination in education and correction is not perfect;Education correction multi-subject collaborative education content lacks pertinence;Education corrects the confusion of multi-subject collaborative division of labor;The quality of the multi-subject collaborative team is low in education correction;Education corrects the lack of awareness of multi-subject collaboration;Education corrects the unscientific evaluation of multiple subjects.The reasons for the formation of the above problems are: first,the multi-subject coordination mechanism for the education and correction of juvenile offenders is not perfect,such as the poor policy supply mechanism,the lack of funding guarantee mechanism,and the vague evaluation indicators of education correction;Second,the ability of multi-subject collaborative governance of juvenile offenders in education and correction is weak,mainly due to the backward concept of education and correction,and insufficient experience in multi-subject collaboration;Third,the linkage of multi-subject collaborative execution is poor,including poor communication between multiple subjects and lack of collaborative platforms.The solution to this problem mainly lies in improving the multi-subject coordination mechanism,improving the collaborative governance ability of multiple subjects,and improving the linkage of multi-subject collaborative execution. |
